Located on a working farm this charming studio unit is in the upstairs of a newly renovated 1800's farm house. Enjoy the exposed rafters, kitchenette, private bathroom, four-piece bathroom with soaker tub and separate one-piece shower. Turn in for the night on bamboo sheets under a handcrafted wool comforter. This is a working farm with cows in the field, chickens free-ranging (the rooster crows early!) , and Alpine dairy goats. Located just 4 km from StFX University and downtown Antigonish.

Local shopping is a 25-minute drive away in Antigonish. Swimming, hiking, boating, whale watching, and fishing are typical summer activities. The beach and wharf are a 2-3 minute walk down the lane. The warm water and sandy beach make it safe and pleasing.

Feel free to utilize the canoe and two Kayaks for a tour of picturesque, Dunns Cove or simply relax in one of the chairs on the private beach and watch the sunset. Beach is a short minute walk to the shoreline.
