Holiday rentals with breakfast in Cape May County

We had a lovely time at this bayfront home! The views from the balconies were amazing. The house was very very clean and had everything we needed. Host answered our questions and had helpful communications. We hope to visit again soon!

Lovely home; perfect for our needs. Scott and his wife Nancy have put so much tender loving care into making this house a HOME for guests to enjoy, with lots of special touches. Everything; literally everything you could think of, is supplied; including linens. We didn't get to meet our hosts, but they were always checking in on us, and offering helpful suggestions. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and homey and the jacuzzi tub was such a nice treat. GREAT communication prior to check in (and after too) which included local tips. We arrived to find bottled water, coffee, tea, and cookies. Breakfast was amazing. The boardwalk is about 5 blocks away, very walkable, and parking was easy and plentiful during our stay. Definitely recommend!!

We had an excellent time at this charming house in Somers Point. Walkable to many favorites of our Charley’s, Smittys, the point! Very clean and filled with goodies upon arrival. Kathleen was so responsive and tentative to all needs. I hope to return again soon.

We enjoyed the Kraken House. We constantly discovered something fun and new in the decor, like a treasure hunt. The location was quick walk to the bay with amazing sunsets. The home was a quick car ride to Wildwood, Cape May Zoo and downtown Cape May.

The Compass Rose is a beautiful new house in a small quiet neighborhood in West Cape May. Four bedrooms and two and one half baths, there was plenty of room for our party of 10 adults. The screened in porch area was nice to keep the mosquitoes out but enjoy the cool night air. Easy 3/4 mile walk to the beach and we walked there every day, sometimes several times a day. Parking was fine, can fit two cars in driveway and plenty of free parking on the street. We only used our cars to drive to the bay, we walked everywhere else. Everything inside is new, and the kitchen is beautiful and spacious, plenty of room to cook for 10. A favorite item in the kitchen was the "beer fridge" since our family enjoys craft beer, it holds well over a case, which freed up the main fridge for enough food for 10. The outside shower was great for rinsing off the sand after a day at the beach. Evelyn was a great host, very easy going and responded within a day to any question. A few places to check out within a short walk, Chez Michael Bakery (get there when they open at 7:30am, join the long line, and get fabulous pastries while still warm), Good Earth Organic Eatery (great vegan and pescatarian dishes) and Duckies Farm Market. All within a 5-10 minute walk. We highly recommend the Compass Rose.

Franco’s air bnb was great for us! We stayed for the Barefoot Country Music Festival and it was a short walk to the pier. We rarely had to get in the car to go anywhere. The keypad lock was super easy for us because we didn’t have to worry about a key. I would stay here again.

Great location, walking distance to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants. The unit had everything you would need, even small little treats for our dog. Very responsive host and professionally managed Airbnb. Would def return.

Just 3 blocks away from the beach and boardwalk. Definitely gives Beach house vibes. All the amenities as listed and when we had an issue Paul resolved it immediately. This is a quiet private get away, the bikes come in handy and make the experience that much better. I went with my 2 children 10 & 12 and the space was perfect for us. Neighbors were so welcoming ! It rained one night we were there but staying in having ice cream and watching movies was very comfortable. We look forward to coming back!

We were surprised it didn’t have a pull out sofa since we booked as a family of 7 but the apartment only slept 6. Poor smell when we first arrived but easy to fix with a glad we picked up at Walmart when we went for groceries. Some construction across the street but they used the Forum parking lot so you did have the noise of saws and adjustments in the lot to make but we didn’t mind. We would book at the Forum again just plan to book the bigger apartment that they were so nice to tell us about when we asked when we checked out. This one worked this time since one of our kids decided not to go to the beach this time so we all had a blast.

Overall, if you’re after a tidy, no-frills spot near the [dog friendly] beach and don’t need extras, Franco’s place is a solid, wallet-friendly choice. Of course, we loved that it was dog friendly. The unit was clean and the bed comfortable. Having private parking felt like a bonus, and the park across the street made walks easy if you’re traveling with a pet. Franco responds quickly—when we reported an issue, a maintenance person arrived within fifteen minutes, which was reassuring. A couple of things to keep in mind: dogs left alone need to be crated. The airbnb is minimal, so it’s best suited for sleeping and getting ready rather than hanging out and relaxing. (Recommend bringing pillows, spices for cooking, cleaning supplies for sand after beach trips) You might notice some noise through the walls, but nothing too disruptive. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would love to come again!

What a wonderful location and host! My family and I spent a week there, and everything was wonderful! Perfectly located for the boardwalk, local shops, restaurants...everything! Joyce and her family were amazing hosts - very communicative and helpful! We had an issue getting the bikes out of the locks, and she actually rented bikes for two of my kids! Well above and beyond there. Highly recommend!

Sandy and John’s place is just lovely. The house is beautiful and artfully designed. Our room was a nice size, clean, and comfortable. Sandy and John were very friendly and responsive and served breakfast each morning. The house is right down the street from the main shops and restaurants and has a pretty porch to sit and relax. I would highly recommend staying at The Hugh!

This was our second year staying here and we will 100% be back! My daughter and I love the area. John is an excellent host! He is super friendly and you can clearly see that he loves what he does! From the great communication to the delicious breakfast & coffee, we LOVE this place!

John's place is perfect for an overnight getaway, or a longer stay! He is a great host - always responsive, very proactive, and will even meet you for check in. I stayed in the Ocean room, which is decorated with art from friends and family, along with his wife's personal touch of artwork along the top of the wall; which I thought was absolutely beautiful and added a personal, thoughtful touch to the room. This airBnB sits atop the cutest cafe, (also beautifully decorated), that provides breakfast to the guest, and lots of great options for lunch as well. I cannot say enough about John's place! My only regret is that I didn't get a chance to stop back for a complete breakfast!

Dave's place was adorable!! It is very clean and perfect for a Cape May getaway. Dave was really friendly and helpful with all of our questions. We loved meeting his dog Toffee and cat Mr. Max! :)

Last minute, this appeared to be the only place to stay…now we truly feel this IS THE ONLY PLACE TO STAY in Ocean City. The entire staff was so accommodating!! Not to mention the Inn is Beautiful, with many little nooks to settle in and relax. Jackie at the front desk knew our names at check in, and couldn’t be more sweet. Homemade goodies and drinks available in the lounge around the clock, and breakfast was a great start to the day. Our room was immaculate and cozy. Very updated. We loved it so much, we stayed an extra night. Sne, thank you for making us feel so at home! Ocean City’s best kept secret!!!! You have to check it out

We ADORED our stay in this classic, cozy Cape May Victorian! The location is perfect & very walkable, but it is tucked away on a quiet street. The home & our room was so clean (even with all the dogs staying at the same time as us!) Definitely enjoy your complimentary breakfast on the porch & take some time in the evening on the Gazebo- you won't regret it! Thanks to the staff for a lovely stay & we will definitely be back!!

Beautiful location in a historic inn and the breakfast and afternoon sweets were great (some of the crispiest potatoes I’ve ever had). The innkeeper called before we checked in to offer to switch us to a better room since they had a vacancy. The shower did take a very long time to get warm which was slightly rough during the chilly spell but it really wasn’t a problem and everything else made up for it.

a nice traditional Bed & Breakfast. the room was clean, towels for both of us, the wifi was excellent. Breakfast was delicious and ample. The porch was lovely to sit and relax. we read books and watched people go by. It's within walking distance of the beach, Promenade, and shopping area. the host communicated very well through the app.
