Our stay with Lisa & Ivan was very memorable! We loved the cosy tiny house, which had everything one needs for a great stay. Easy walkable access to the beach and the few restaurants in Scarborough was a big plus. The surroundings are breathtaking! Lisa was very helpful with questions we had. We are very glad we found this little place.

Had a great stay with my family at Beata’s beach cottage! Peaceful and Friendly. A few steps and we were at the beach! My daughter was thrilled! Beata is a great host and her place was perfect for a family escape. Beata is always there when you need her but also gives you space to enjoy the space in peace. We truly appreciated her approach to hosting. Kommetjie is a hidden gem!

The kitchen is very well equipped and there were such thoughtful finishing touches throughout the home. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this stay to others.

The Nest is a wonderfully romantic stay! The pictures are very accurate, but nothing can prepare you for the breathtaking beauty and tranquility of the location. The accommodation was perfectly clean and equipped with everything you could need to enjoy the stay to it's fullest. I would highly recommend The Nest and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for a Retreat for One. Amazing views! It felt like I was staying in a hiking cabin (with more amenities) - secluded, surrounded by nature - but I only had to hike 50 meters to experience it 😊. Loved the outdoor shower and the compost toilet was spotless and odour-free. I'd love to go back!

Hannas place is absolutely perfect. it is a one of a kind experience. For us its the first time staying in a "container house". Its been a dream, of ours. This beautiful little house is so much more than a container. Its perfectly consructed and beautifully finished. It's the perfect romantic getaway, surrounded by equestrian lifestyle estate and perfect for country loving simple life breakaway. It was absolutely perfect. We loved staying there and highly recommend it to other couples.

Candace’s place is a lovely, cozy, clean, quaint home away from home, perfect for a get away. She is a very responsive and friendly host, who ensures your stay is more than comfortable. Definitely a well recommended place to stay.

I absolutely loved my time at this garden cottage. It was everything I needed for the Easter break and my dog had such a fun time sniffing about all the flowers. It had everything I needed inside it as well.

This was the perfect antidote to city chaos! My partner and I were craving a quiet escape, and your place delivered in every way. Waking up to the sound of birds instead of traffic, sipping coffee and soaking in those stunning mountain views felt like a total reset. The house was spotless, absolutely loved the indoor/outdoor kitchen. The location was just far enough to feel like a true getaway. Cathy was so responsive and kind, making us feel right at home. We’re already planning our next visit to this little slice of paradise!

It was such a lovely get away, the corrage was abit bigger than what I’d imagined. Fully stocked for the winter, the host communicated throughout and it’s a beautiful and peaceful place to get away.

I booked this apartment for my friend who extended her work trip to enjoy a quiet weekend in Cape Town before flying back ... and it turned out to be the perfect choice. We had the most wonderful 5-night stay at this beautiful Eden cottage! From the moment we arrived, Claude was incredibly kind, welcoming, and flexible - making us feel right at home. The house itself is stunning, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is absolutely perfect: just a short walk to the beach, close to the penguins, and nestled in such a peaceful, scenic area. Every moment here was magical, and we’re already planning to return next year. Highly, highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of staying for 6 weeks and had a special time at The Not So Tiny House because of the space it provided me, it’s beautiful surroundings and the hospitality provided by Tristan and Alison. everything perfect and just as described. easy communication and check in, Zelda was so nice and could even give us a late check out before we had to leave to the airport. the small apartment was equipped with everything we needed. thank you once again!
