This is already our fourth time staying in Rigby's beautiful house. It is wonderfully located on the golf course, offering a peaceful atmosphere. It's a great starting point for many activities. Rigby and Jean-André are always easily reachable. We are looking forward to our next visit!

We had a wonderful stay at De Vrede - as a plantswoman myself, the garden must've been my favourite part of the whole property. Expansive, wild and prescribed a slower temporal pace I found incredibly fruitful. The cottage itself was delightful too, where we spent most of the chilly evenings by the fireplace. Highly recommend and would most definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay. The house is beautiful with spectacular views of the mountains and vineyard. Owen the manager was extremely helpful and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. We will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay at Kune Karoo. Really cosy house with beautiful views from the deck upstairs over Barrydale. The fireplace is great for those cold winter nights!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful, well equipped and tastefully decorated. High quality and well appointed kitchen. Gorgeous outside area for dining, and a little plunge pool for hot days. The town is walkable and full of great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this house for a wonderful Franshhoek holiday.

We spent a very pleasant time at Braam's Rosehaven Cottage. The host was very friendly and accommodating, and the house was clean, neat and really homely.....loved the wood burning stoves in the kitchen and living area. The beds were well provided for the cold, and, gasp! they even had top sheets, which are sadly lacking at a lot of places. Lovely little touches all over, like flowers in vases and good quality, health conscious cleaning materials available. Thank you.

Had a truly marvellous stay in the Tiny Home. It totally exceeded our expectations. The house was so well stocked and they had preempted everything we might need. We loved the waterfall and were lucky enough to have some great weather. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend a stay to anyone and we were very sad to have to leave.

Had a lovely stay in the cottage. You are really out in the middle of nowhere, it is quite peaceful and quiet. Beautiful views around and the stars at night were spectacular. The included game drive was great! We saw giraffes, springbok, wildebeast and some antelope on the drive. We also saw zebras while driving on our way out. The bathtub was massive. Nice towels and robes as well. We used the pizza oven and braai and enjoyed the semi catered package. Note - there were a fair amount of flies in and around the cottage and they were quite annoying but bugs were expected with the remote location. I recommend taking a SUV vs a car when driving there.

A wonderful relaxing weekend at Jurie and Veronica’s place. Wonderful accomodation and easy check in with excellent communication along the way. Lots of restaurant suggestions! Highly recommend their establishment - felt right at home and would definitely return. Thanks for having me and for your care.

Such a lovely Eco-friendly cottage in the most beautiful location. Fully fenced if you are taking doggo's along, with amazing walking routes on the farm. Could stay here for weeks! Friendly hosts and a little shop on the farm too, selling their local trout products.

A wonderfully beautiful and serene home nestled in the countryside and with lovely views over the water below. It looks even better than the pictures if that were possible. The home is very well equipped and we were struck by all the thoughtful touches in terms of what was provided. The walks/trail runs around the home are just lovely with gorgeous views and lovely traditional fynbos. Very much recommended.

An incredibly well-appointed and luxurious house in a truly beautiful setting. So many special touches made this a great experience - from fresh flowers in each bedroom to lots of towels next to the rimflow pool, every possible comfort was provided. We had a wonderful weekend.

We had an amazing 2 days here. Very peaceful! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to get away from the city. The cabin is comfy and has all you need for a relaxed timeout.

We had an amazing stay! It’s a beautiful and clean place kitted with everything you need in the kitchen. Warm fireplace and a wonderful hot tub. Eckhart was a great host who was communicative and very generous. Riebeeck-Kasteel is a charming town to visit that’s close to Cape Town.

The Pines is a wonderful venue for a breakaway with a group of friends or family. The old farm-style homestead is in impeccable condition, with the trappings you expect from a much more modern house. Everything was spotless, from the bedroom linens and towels, to the well equipped kitchen, and the outside area. The weather was fantastic, so most time was spent in and around the pool, on the tennis court, and in the cool quiet of the house. Do: 1. spend an early morning with fresh coffee on the stoep, waiting for the sun to start painting the glorious mountains right in front of you; 2. make communal meals and eat under the ancient trees in the afternoon and at the huge dining room table in the evenings, where our stories mingled with those that had come before us; 3. bring your - well behaved - furry friends, they will get as much from the large expanse of lawn and, since the property is fully fenced, the can explore as much as they want to; and 4. braai next to the pool. Enjoy!

As per my first visit to Lucky Crane Villas on my birthday in November, this visit was again spectacular. The interior aesthetics of Monika's design, the total comfort, the thoughtfully created functionality in every space, the integration with surrounding nature and the views out the windows, the private garden, and so much more - all this adds up to a truly fabulous experience. Definitely have dinner at the "The Courtyard Bistro and Theater", and breafast at "51", both must-visit destinations in their own right. Our stay at The Vino Dome was nothing short of magical with this unique accommodation exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that an extraordinary amount of care and thought had gone into every aspect of the design. The attention to detail was impeccable — from the charming decor to the thoughtfully curated amenities, everything was intricately designed to create a luxurious yet cozy experience. The dome itself was beautifully appointed, blending modern comfort with whimsical elegance. Every little feature, from the lighting to the layout, felt purposeful and special. It’s clear the creators poured their hearts into making this place unforgettable. The location was close to town and surrounded by world-class restaurants, wine farms, delightful boutiques, and art galleries. Overall, our stay was truly fantastic, an experience to remember!

We had a lovely, tranquil stay, exactly what we wanted to get out of the hustle and bustle of Cape Town! We especially enjoyed no cellphone signal to really let go of all external stress and just live in the moment. We tried all the recommended hikes and liked the waterfall hike the best. We also enjoyed looking at all the different butterfly species around. Yvonne was very flexible and accommodating towards our later-than-usual check-in time and was very welcoming. Would stay again!

Jacob was an excellent host, responding immediately and being available if needed, not that we needed to contact him in regards to anything... Just the knowing assurance that he is there if needed...
