Large bathroom, well-equipped kitchen for good meals while enjoying the beautiful view, living room with fabric sofas and the wood deck complete the coziness. It's perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery. It is not isolated, but it is exclusive to those who are in it.

Architect's House on Morro da Cocanha

In a gated community, this house was made by a very special architect named Dedé. It's a great house for friends and family. Perfect for those who like to cook, have comfort and admire one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world! I spent many of the best moments of my life here. It has a poetry all its own. You need to experience it to feel what I'm trying to describe here. I'm biased, I know, but I recommend the experience. The house is also the setting of the book The Enchanter of People. =)

The closest beach is Lamberto Beach, you have to walk 400m, but we recommend going by car!
