(O condomínio não é totalmente fechado e não possui portaria) Nosso espaço é aconchegante e espaçoso, possui 1 suíte com varanda, 1 quarto com saída para um quintal aos fundos, banheiro social, cozinha integrada com a sala. O chalé possui um quintal privativo, que conta com churrasqueira. Distância de 900 metros da praia, aproximadamente 11 minutos à pé. O chalé conta com internet fibra.

Relax in this quiet, cozy ocean view accommodation, 3 minutes from the cove beach, calm, ideal for swimming. House with shared entrance. Environment with lots of nature. We do not accept loud noise, disorder or animals. In the village, there is a child, a cat and a gentle dog. Access via a dirt road, no garage, the street is very quiet to leave the car. Not suitable for children, people with mobility issues, has stairs, and balcony without protection, for the view.
