We just spent three weeks at Marizo’s place, and it was fantastic. From the moment we reached out to book, he was super responsive and helpful. Since this was a workation, we needed two workspaces, and that was no issue at all—there was a desk in the bedroom and a dining table in the lounge. The one-bedroom flat was perfect; it had everything we needed, including a washing machine and dryer, plus some nice extras like beach mats and an air fryer. They even had a bunch of condiments that made cooking easier. The online streaming was great too, so we could keep up with our shows while we were away. The whole apartment was well-designed, with plenty of hanging and storage space in the bedroom. They even had a smart shoe rack and drawer organizers. The blackout blinds were a lifesaver since it gets really bright this time of year. Parking is free right outside, and there are two butchers, a supermarket, and several local bars and restaurants within walking distance. My husband and I like

We had a lovely stay at Palazzotto2Leoni. The flat had lovely views & is very well done - the flat keeps the original Sardinian style whilst being very neat & modern inside. It’s close to everything that you need, has all the amenities needed for your stay & is very well secure. Costanza is an amazing host - she’s extremely pleasant, communicates clearly and is very responsive & thoughtful. If you are visiting Cagliari I highly recommend staying here!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Cinzia und ihrer wunderbaren Familie war einfach perfekt! Von Anfang an waren sie unglaublich hilfsbereit und herzlich. Obwohl es bei der Ankunft ein Problem mit unserem Mietwagen gab und wir kein Auto wie vereinbart am Flughafen erhalten haben, stand Cinzia uns sofort zur Seite. Die Taxipreise waren enorm hoch, aber Cinzia war so freundlich, uns bei unserer Rückkehr persönlich zum nächsten Bahnhof zu fahren. Wir sind ihr für diese Großzügigkeit überaus dankbar! Auch die Wohnung war makellos sauber und es gab alles was wir so brauchen. Besonders genossen haben wir den morgendlichen Cappuccino im Park direkt gegenüber, bei Gabriel – es hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. A beautiful place with wonderfully accommodating hosts! We had a delightful stay in Cagliari. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and peaceful at night. Its central location made it easy to explore everything on foot, with restaurants, shops, and sights all just a walk away.

Wir haben den grandiosen Blick auf Meer und Klippen sehr genossen. Schöne Strände sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Die Ferienanlage ist sehr gepflegt, Ende Mai / Anfang Juni war es angenehm ruhig dort. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen voll ausreichend. Gerne wieder!

Giovanna's apartment is a lovely space and we felt at home from the moment we arrived. The interior is very well equipped and nicely decorated. The bed is very comfortable and the apartment is spotlessly clean. Outside there is a spacious and comfortable terrace where the sun shines for much of the day. It is located in a quiet area within a short easy walk to everything. Giovanna is very helpful and responds quickly to any query. Communication was excellent. We will certainly stay here again if we return to Sant' Antioco. Grazie Giovanna.

Great location clean apartment responsive host in the central area of Cagliari and it was very nice area.

We stayed at Mariano’s place for 12 days and it was a great holiday. The apartment is exactly like the pictures with a few extras, super clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully equipped, the washing machine was really helpful and waiting for us were local snacks, wine, bottled water and Coca Cola. The check-in was super easy with the lockbox and free street parking. For a perfect beach day Mariano provided umbrellas, beach chairs and beach towels. Also provided were recommendations for restaurants, beaches, activities and much more. We stayed in contact with Marian’s daughter Anastasia and she was super sweet, helpful and fast with her responses. If we come back to the sardines at another time we would choose this place once again!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce logement ! Alessandro est un hôte très réactif et accueillant. Le logement était très propre. Concernant son emplacement : étant donné que celui-ci est situé en plein centre ville, les alentours sont bruyants. Pour autant, cela ne nous a pas plus dérangé que ça. Pour se garer, il est vrai que ce n’est pas toujours évident. Alessandro nous a indiqué pleins de parking différents (payants et non payants). Nous nous garions sur un parking gratuit a 5 minutes a pied de l’appartement. Il y avait toujours de la place et nous n’avons jamais eu de soucis. Merci encore à Alessandro. Je recommande ce super hôte et cet appartement pratique pour un séjour de vacances. ☺️

It was a great pleasure to spend a week in the beautiful apartment. Everything matched Vera's description. The apartment is in a quiet location, has everything you need, and above all, I would like to emphasize the cleanliness and the fantastic location by the sea, including sea views. The location was ideal — all the places we wanted to visit were easily accessible. Federica, our host, was incredibly helpful. Whenever we needed something, she responded almost immediately. She also recommended many great restaurants and local markets with fresh fruit, vegetables, and other local products — which was an amazing experience for us. We had such a great time at this apartment. Very well equipped, way more than what we expected! Everything you need for a beach holiday, great beach equipment and all amenities were new! One of the best Airbnb’s we have been so far! Definitely recommend! 5min walk to the beach and to the bus station. Great communication with Taty, it was even possible to Check-in early and Check-out late as we had a late flight back. We will definitely come back!

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Vi var sju tjejer som checkade in hos Sheila. Vi blev varmt välkomnande av hon och hennes man. Det fanns allt man behövde. Boendet ligger väldigt centralt till centrum och nära till buss- och tågstation. Boendet hade bra sängar och förvaringsmöjligheter. Vi kommer absolut att boka detta boende om vi åker till Cagliari igen!😍

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

Nowoczesny, bardzo ładny apartament z przestronnym tarasem ze wspaniałym widokiem. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, czysta łazienka, wygodne łóżko. Niczego nam nie brakowało. Jedno z najlepszych miejsc w jakich się zatrzymaliśmy. Absolutnie polecam.

This is a lovely place within a minute's walk from the beautiful beach of Poetto. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom is excellent. There is a even a large, sunny private courtyard type terrace. The apartment feels like a house and has its own entrance. Parking is free in the area and it is generally easy to find a space. The price is also very reasonable compared to other properties in the area. Marco is a very responsive host and I would definitely return.

Giulio è stato sempre presente dura te tutto il soggiorno per risolvere qualsiasi problema. Stanza bellissima e pulita, zona ottima e centrale, perfetta per spostarsi anche a piedi.

Amazing stay, the apartment was big, bright and with a massive terrace with a view of the whole city. The check in was flawless and the support from Edoardo was exceptional. Location was super prime. Highly recommended!
