Over 800 m2 of patio, beach bar, bathroom, swimming pool and orchard. It has extraordinary views over: the Vega de Granada; Sierra Nevada; the Sierra de Alhama; and the Dehesa Baja (owned by the Duke of Wellington). In addition, at night you can see a wonderful sky full of stars.
