Paul and Amy's place is just as described - a big backyard with plenty of space for dogs to run around, spa amenities, and a comfortable interior. I ran the SD marathon, so it was nice having the spa treatment there. The area is nice and walkable, with restaurants nearby by car. Would stay again!

We loved our stay! The house is very spacious and we had more than enough room for our family of 4 + 2 dogs. Great location as it is walkable to the beach and downtown. Also a great location to bike from. The hosts were wonderful! They reached out prior to our arrival with very clear and easy instructions. They also sent us some wonderful local recommendations! We will absolutely return!

It was absolutely charming. We enjoyed our short stay, only regret was not having more time to enjoy it more. Beds and bedding was comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked. Plenty of thick towels and beach towels. My grandsons loved sleeping in the loft. We were 20 minutes away from Sea World minutes from great parks for the boys. The owner was wonderful. Great place to find peace and walk to the beach in a place that seems like you’d have to drive. Turns out you can walk straight to the beach with your board. Jason was insanely chill and helpful. He was just walking his dog and took me on a great walk, guiding me on how to get straight to my favorite beach and back. Never had a host who gladly helped me like that. Comfy bed and pillows too.

I stayed here with my bridesmaids the night before my wedding and it was exactly the peaceful experience I needed in such a hectic week! We spent so much time lounging around chatting, enjoying the view & the outdoors. Sooooo so so calm and quiet.

We initially planned to stay in Leucadia for a week but decided to extend our stay for a full second week because we loved this place so much. The location is absolutely perfect. We walked to the Beacons beach to surf every day and had our pick of all the best restaurants on the 101 (highly recommend Birdseye Kitchen). The house itself is cozy and surprisingly private for a place on the 101. It helped to have laundry on site and Chris was responsive throughout our visit. The house isn't as well stocked as a lot of air bnbs (no wine glasses, coffee, ice cube trays, etc.) but you will probably want to eat out most of your stay anyway because there are so many great places within walking distance. We definitely plan to come back and highly recommend this charming little nook in Leucadia! Excellent cost for value.

Karl’s Airbnb is a home away from home in a beautiful, safe, quiet neighborhood!! We loved our stay here, from the decor, to the amenities and suggestions for restaurants and attractions, to the easy access to the beach and nearby gliderport, we had an amazing time! Karl is also very friendly and always responsive, which we appreciated. He sent thorough instructions beforehand to ensure we found the location, and everything was very easy to access. It’s just out of the way enough to be quiet, but places like San Diego, Coronado, and Encinitas are closeby for exploring! If you’re looking for a beautiful stay in a convenient location, this is it! Mimi's Del Mar beach apartment was perfect! It was well appointed, clean and had everything a person required. The location was also perfect, with a short walk to the beach and downtown Del Mar, which offers many great restaurants and shops. Mimi was a great host, with timely and proactive communication. We will definitely return.

Beautiful little apartment down in Carlsbad. Right next to the beach with a nice outdoor barbecue/lounge area. Owners were very responsive and kind!

Staying at wade’s was amazing. I felt comfortable in the neighborhood and in the retreat as well! Quiet and peaceful, bed was so comfortable I slept like a rock. Would highly recommend staying at Wade’s retreats!

Great stay at Marabella! The views were stunning from our room! Located right on the water, walking distance from many shops and restaurants. The patio was nice and grounds were well kept and clean. The beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and outdoor shower was definitely appreciated. It was perfect!

We absolutely loved, and would recommend Matthew's vacation rental. We have stayed in Oceanside several times for a quick get away and this lovely location is by far our favorite. We hope we will be able to return in the near future. A parking spot is right in front of the property, Matthew's check in and out instructions are clear and easy to follow, the location cannot be beat, with the ocean and private beach just steps away. The interior has everything you could possibly need, it was clean and well stocked. I personally appreciated the binoculars and decaf coffee. It was wonderful to sit outdoors and watch dolphins, seabirds, surfers, dogs happy to be on the beach, and relax to the sound of the waves. There are many great restaurants nearby, and plenty of activities and places to visit in and around town. The best part was the feeling of being in our own little private sanctuary. Thank you to Matthew for being a fantastic host!

Condo was easy to find, instructions were clear and simple to get it. Condo itself was clean and felt right at home. It's in a great location walking distance to Omni La Costa resort which has great food and drinks and a great golf course. Would definitely book again the next time I'm in San Diego.

This is hands down one of the best stays my husband and I have ever had! Not only was the place super easy to find, but it was well stocked, clean and comfortable. The host, Connie, was extremely kind and flexible with us when our check in was late. She made us feel right at home and the value of the stay far exceeds the price. I highly recommend their granny flat in La Mesa and hope I can come back again very soon!!

This was the second time that my family stayed at this AirBnB, and we absolutely love the condo's proximity to the beach. The condo itself is clean with all the basic essentials that you need... boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, and cooking supplies. Both of the times that we've stayed here the condo has been very quiet; we've never heard noise from neighbors. The condo community has several pools, hot tubs, and a tennis court plus the spectacular clubhouse with panoramic ocean views. There are lots of little coffee shops and places to walk to near the condo community and it's very family friendly. The mattresses and pillows are dated, but aside from that this condo is truly a gem.

"Just Beachy" is a fantastic, absolutely clean accommodation with an exceptional location right on the beach. Everything you need is there...and more. Contact with Lorraine was always "just in time" and provided all the necessary information, and the digital guide also contains everything you need about the entire complex. We had an amazing stay here!! Beautiful ocean views, the most wonderful beach nearby in walking distance, and the home was exactly as described. Everything was perfect and felt so luxurious. We cooked every day in the kitchen, and we had everything we needed! The kitchen was well stocked. We were grateful to have so many towels as we would go to the beach twice a day or more!! We didn’t get to use the pool because we were so busy, but what an added plus to have as an option! The bed was extremely comfortable, and there were plenty of spare linens/blankets if needed. The AC was so nice! Bathrooms were stocked and spotless! It was our first time staying somewhere with a washer/dryer in the unit, and now I can’t imagine ever staying somewhere without one!! Getting into the Airbnb and parking in the garage was so easy, and we appreciated Anne checking in on us. This is our favorite Airbnb that we have ever stayed at in California, and we hope to be back soon :) we were so impressed!!

Our second stay here was Wonderful! So close to the beach and downtown Oceanside! Also, a fully stocked garage full of bikes, water toys and everything you could ever need.

A wonderful condo in the Omi resort.Has everything you need , fully stocked .great views out of the 2 sliders .A Walkable area in the resort and a lagoon and beaches not faraway. I enjoyed the walks in the resort and the restaurant.

I stay in many rentals. It's the little things like coffee pods, bath products, pool towels, good tp - that make Robyn's place all 5 stars.
