Our guest house is located in the back of our personal property & kept private by fencing. Our property is fully fenced & guests have access in & out by using a keypad. We have laundry facilities, a queen size bed in the master bedroom, a sofa sleeper in the living room/kitchen area and a private patio with bbq. We occupy the main home on the property. We have 2 dogs on the property so other animals are not recommended at this location. Children play equipment is not included with Airbnb.

The Lounge is a quaint, cozy 400 sq. ft. one-bedroom detached guesthouse with lots of character in the "funky" community of Leucadia. Located just east of historic Highway 101 in a quiet neighborhood a mile from beach access, you're close to many eclectic shops, restaurants and entertainment. You'll also have access to a semi-private patio and shared access to our back yard, where, as of June 2023, Debe works 3 to 4 days a week in her studio. We really love it here and think you will too.
