Holiday rentals with lake access in Caribbean

Just the perfect place to stay, quite, comfortable, peaceful. I love staying here and plan on staying here again when I’m in town. My kids live 10 min away so it’s the perfect location for me. Ale was a great host. Responded quickly and friendly. Thank you

This villa was even better than the photos depicted. Absolutely perfect in every way. Chalk Sound is a truly special place as are the nearby beaches (Sapodilla Bay, and a particular favorite was the very unique Taylor Bay Beach). A rental car for this location is a must, and the short trip to Grace Bay is very worth it (both the town and the beach). You can bring the beach chairs Terri provides or easily rent chairs and umbrellas there. Felt like a luxury hideaway, but with easy access to all of the hot spots around the island. Would give 6 stars if we could!

We loved our stay Casa Duran! Bryan was so helpful and responsive to our needs, from booking transportation from the airport and back to giving us help throughout the week if we had any questions. We went to the supermarket (Nacional Supermarcado) on our way from the airport and got most of the food we needed. There are some cute upscale restaurants nearby as well. We rented a golf cart and are so glad we did. Not only was it fun, but it was so much easier to explore. There are also some smaller grocery stores/ markets nearby, but they didn’t have as big of a selection. Our location faced a beautiful pool area and the ocean. The landscaping was beautiful as well and we felt very safe there. One note, is that I wish we could’ve come on a different month. We came in June and the seaweed was really bad on almost all of the area beaches, rendering them unusable & smelly. This is no fault of the condo, just nature. Thankfully we took a trip to Macao beach (gorgeous) & used the nice pool.

Perfection! Had an absolute blast and time to relax. The Cottage was even better than advertised. Clean, quaint, cozy, everything we needed. Aaron was responsive, friendly, and helpful. Host had much needed chilled wine and snacks upon arrival. There is also a “book” of suggested restaurants, shops, and activities, which we did several of and were not disappointed. Already looking at book g again…. We did not want to leave.

It’s hard to put into words what an amazing trip we had and how much this wonderful place contributed to that. It was quiet, private, and even had a private beach within walking distance. Everything you needed for cooking was in the kitchen, and the rooms are nicely separated for privacy. Our favorite part was Soldier, our island dog, who loved to walk us to the beach every day and was waiting for us when we woke up. The location of this place was great and that it is close to grocery shopping, the airport and some cute restaurants. We will definitely plan to visit again. Great place with great hosts!

I would rent this place 1000 times over! They were so kind to us and I hope they are as happy with us as renters as we were with them as hosts

Very pretty house with a super nice outdoor area with the highlight, directly overlooking the Arenal volcano. In the morning, I had breakfast there with hummingbirds. There was plenty of storage space in the house and the bed was comfortable. On the way there, you have to pay attention to the signs on the large boulder in the last few meters

Heather’s place is perfection. We explored the whole island and agreed—there’s nowhere else we would have rather stayed. Comfortable bed, dreamy hammock, perfect location. We used the beach gear and outdoor shower every day and walked to Black Flamingo coffee with the neighbor dogs each morning. I’d live here if I could! Alfonso was also incredibly kind and helpful with food and beach recs. Light sleeper note: Pack an eye mask and earplugs for the early-morning rooster roll call—it’s a thing across the island and not specific to this place.

We had a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico! The location was perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The space was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. We’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Loved everything about this airbnb! It looks just liked the photos with perfect views off the balcony. The host herself was so helpful always quick to respond to messages and even gave us recommendations to visit. The place was close to so much we were able to walk along condado easily. Close to restaurants 5-10 min away. Ubers were easy to get. The place was clean and provided lots of amenities like water plates and shampoo/ Conditioner. I’d book the airbnb again 100%

Had a great stay and looking forward to returning next year. Really nice villa with cold air conditioning. Great view from the balcony. Very clean and organized. Loved that I was able to make my morning Cafe con Leche using the stovetop Espresso maker. No issues or complaints. We have family in the area so the location was perfect for us.

Flexible on allowing an early check-in. Everything was exactly like pictures. Great location allowing us to walk to several locations as well as easy access to Uber. Great view from the balcony. Really enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend and reserve again. Thank you! Michelle and I loved it and felt very safe. We had an awesome stay!!

Lovely apartment with amazing views and very comfortable furnishings. Excellent layout with a long inside hallway that separates the bedrooms from the entrance and living areas. Nice new washer dryer. Pleasant outdoor space. The apartment worked well for us and we will definitely return!!

This place is perfect! A true piece of paradise in southern Florida! My wife and I were looking to spend a relaxing, anniversary weekend, sitting back, with no agenda, just enjoying some privacy, surrounded by nature. We got exactly what we were looking for here. The property is beautiful! Trees, plants and flowers everywhere. Everything was maintained perfectly. We had a fire pit, tiki hut, hammocks, hot tub, kayaks, and the entire pool to ourselves while we were there. We spent quite a bit of time just sitting out on the boat dock in the Adirondack chairs enjoying the cool breeze and watching the wildlife. There is a TV in the tiki hut that you can watch while relaxing in the hot tub or sitting at the bar having a glass of wine. Inside you have plenty of everything that you need to feel like home while you're there. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of extra toiletries in the bathroom in case you left anything behind. We highly recommend this place and will plan another visit for sure

Casita was modern & immaculate with a lovely pool & beautiful surroundings. Its a minimum 20 mins drive from anywhere but if you don't mind that then you'll love your stay.

The house was perfect for our needs during the trip. It was in a quiet neighborhood with a private driveway but conveniently close to many shops and activities. The fenced in backyard with the pool and mini golf was the perfect safe space to let our kids enjoy in between scheduled plans and visits. The house was clean. All the needed amenities were readily available and the host was quick to respond. Highly recommend for anyone (especially families with kids) needing to stay in the area!

absolutely loved it at the Crappie Cottage. enjoyed seeing all the wildlife and fishing off her peir. nice amenities and far enough from the city to enjoy the outdoors, super close to Kissimmee river. I will definitely be enjoying another staycation here!

Beautiful 2nd floor home out in the country. Nice views from the balcony. the ac in the bedrooms work great. the main living area gets a little warm but still fine with the ceiling fan. Nella was proactive with new instructions to get to the house. My fault for not seeing them before we tried to get there from the north road that had a bridge that was closed a block from the house. easy enough getting there from the other side, just don't follow Google maps.

My family and I had a spectacular weekend, the villa is beautiful and the services and attentions of Johanny and Victor made our stay so special. Yes. Aida, we would repeat the Experience, the house is very well equipped. I suggest pruning the palms a bit to let in a little more sun to the Pool, since the water gets very cold at a very early hour or, failing that, consider putting a heater in the water. We had to leave early. Thank you very much for everything
