Periodic municipal control, fines for bothersome noise. If the temperature is approx. 25-30 degrees, it can be heated. The house connects directly to the pool with a large living room and a closed grill space

It has 4 bedrooms ( 2 en suite ,2 with shared bathroom) The pool will be heated from November to April Equipped : refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, Lavarropas, Nespresso machine and coffee maker with filter . Pack white clothes. Alarm for monitoring and wifi service.

In a closed neighborhood and with private security is this lovely house, it is very comfortable and easy to attend to, the suite is on the High Floor having independence and intimacy. You are walking 5 minutes from the beach just 600m away, a wide beach with parador and restaurant. Suite has A/C and a ceiling fan. The 2 rooms are on the ground floor and have access to the park. These have a ceiling fan. Heating is pis radiante and natural gas.
