Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Carloforte

We had a wonderful relaxing week in Carloforte, and wished that we stayed longer on this lovely peaceful island. Luisa is a fantastic host, as well as her husband Dino. Which made are stay in Carloforte more interesting and lots of fun! We highly recommend staying in Carloforte for a holiday and especially with Luisa as your host. Daryl & Elaine

Very spacious house furnished with care and equipped with every comfort for a very pleasant stay. The large terrace with sea view is very nice, with a huge table for eating and equipped with sun loungers and armchairs for sunbathing or relaxing with a view of the island of San Pietro. Very convenient covered parking space on the property. Portoscuso is a small town but there are restaurants, two large supermarkets, an excellent ice cream shop and some shops. In ten days we visited the beautiful beaches of the area reaching Piscinas, Porto Flavia, the islands of Sant'Antioco and San Pietro, the city of Iglesias. Sulcis was a beautiful discovery; to be recommended. Paola welcomed us very warmly, also available to give us flexibility in arrival and departure times.

Melina and Rino welcomed us with a fruit basket and all the essentials for breakfast. The fisherman's house is charming and well equipped. A 45 rpm vinyl bar is available, the idea is very nice. Portoscuso is a pretty village, very lively in the evening and summer. A beach in a romantic cove and full of charm where you can swim. Thanks to Melina and Rino for a lovely stay. We already had many questions before our arrival in Lucia's beautiful cottage, which Lucia patiently and always very quickly answered. Our expectations were completely exceeded. The house is even more beautiful and Lucia was always there for us. She helped us find the right providers for our boat trip, gave us tips for the area and was always available. She is a hostess with all her heart and you can really feel that she enjoys it. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a fruit plate, delicious cookies from the local bakery, and homemade liqueur. The house is well equipped. We cooked in the house, grilled outside and we especially enjoyed the complete privacy and tranquility. We lacked nothing and Lucia's house in Teulada was definitely our highlight on our Sardinia trip. We spent a week here and explored the southwest of Sardinia by car.

Villa surrounded by greenery near the Saline di Carloforte, a sheltered and quiet area a short distance from the town of Carloforte. The two-level house is completely identical to the photos and description, a very large kitchen equipped with all comforts and a living room with two comfortable sofas. The upper floor has two bedrooms and an absolutely functional small bathroom. The outdoor space is absolutely usable: a small soccer field and swing ensure children's fun. Pierpaolo was very kind and helpful both at check-in and check-out. Highly recommended if possible, we will return to stay in this delightful villa

Antonella is super in everything, from the welcome to the last day. House on two floors: ground floor kitchen , living room and first bathroom.. second floor, rooms plus half bathroom. Spartan retreat reflects the description of the property, few frills and everything at your fingertips. Perfect location, in my opinion, 2 minutes from the curves (for those who get off by motorcycle like me), 40 minutes from Sant'Antioco. Comfortable and clean apartment. Value for money I would say SUPER!!! Everything is perfect!!

Very nice place perfect to relax away from the crowd. The place is quite isolated but the property is part of a bigger house divided in two, so you are not alone. I recommend it warmly !

a beautiful spacious house, complete. There are a lot of cats, not all belonging to the house. Fortunately, they do not come indoors. No wifi, but that makes you relax. Unfortunately, with running, there are quite a few dogs in the neighborhood that are not stuck. Sometimes exciting. A nice outdoor seating and a large garden. The beach is about 3 km.

Riccardos Place is great to discover the southwest of Sardinia. You can watch the beautiful sunset directly from the terrace and enjoy your morning coffee with seaview as well. The apartment is equipped with all you could ask for a short stay. He was a very friendly and good host.

Apartment as described. Well located close to the port which is very quiet and a beautiful beach 10’ walk away. Also close to the pier for san pietro, charming little island 40’ by boat . The place is quite loud but it didn't bother us at night. The lady who welcomed us is very considerate and pleasant. Massimo is very responsive

We had a great time! The owners are very helpful and friendly and the house is even more beautiful than it appears in the photo. It is a villa located in a very quiet private condominium area. It has 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a very nice and well-kept garden from which you can enjoy a fabulous sunset on the island of Carloforte and a beautiful starry sky. In the garden there is a barbecue, which we have used twice, a shower, two armchairs, a sofa and a table with chairs. The kitchen is functional and complete with everything you could need. We found the house very clean and tidy. The rooms and in general all the spaces are spacious and fresh. You can comfortably reach the beautiful Big Beach in a 5-minute walk. By car you can reach the village of Calasetta with less than 10 and Sant'Antioco in about 15 minutes. In a maximum of 30 minutes by car you can reach all the places on the island. It was an unforgettable experience and we will be staying again with great pleasure. Thank you!

We were in the accommodation with two children for two weeks. Everything was perfect from start to finish: the view of the bay was gigantic, the accommodation was well equipped as described and very clean. Fabio always gave us numerous tips quickly. You could reach various beaches on foot, even though the accommodation is located on a steep mountain (but the view is worth it). Nothing was missing and we would come back immediately. Definitely a recommendation!

Everything was spotless ....for me alone I would have preferred a more distant view of the sea or sunrise ....but voila the neighborhood is very quiet, quiet and secure!!!!! Very very nice and beautiful and new tees....oarking very comfortable

Paulo and his wife were lovely hosts and every care was taken to make us welcome. I know Airbnb has (sadly) moved on from its initial intentions of providing a genuine home from home with B and B but this is a place in the old tradition with toast , milk etc so guests can make a breakfast and more. Much appreciated. Also, a hiccup with the A/C was addressed quickly and in person. Also much appreciated!

We had a dream stay. On vacation outside of school in other countries, we were surprised to be the only occupants of the place. Communication with Paolo was very easy, he is extremely responsive and caring. Everything is well organized, you feel that everything is well run and it runs on its own. With GPS no problem finding the accommodation, when you see the aerial view you understand that as long as you can climb up! the road is dilapidated but frankly we saw worse, we get used to it and finally it's not boring. Especially since at the end of the road is paradise. The pool is beautiful, the serenity and calm are the masters. At the beginning of May, we were able to enjoy the pool which is not heated but we enter it without great difficulty. The accommodation is spacious, well-equipped, comfortable and clean beds that deserves praise. Beautiful landscapes, very nice sardes, magical gastronomy at affordable prices. provide mosquito repellents!!

An ideal house to relax and be quiet, while being able to swim right downstairs in a sublime beach. Very beautiful beaches also 10’drive away. And the isola of San Pietro and its town Carloforte are definitely worth it. A real favorite! We'll be happy to come back! Thank you Alessandra.

The house is almost perfectly equipped and offered us a superb accommodation for a week-long stay with friends. We were able to enjoy the vast outdoor space, especially for our meals. A thank you to Debra for her availability during our stay!

My friends and I stayed for a week at Daniela's house while exploring beautiful Sardinia. The house is beyond amazing, tastefully decorated and very well equipped (bbq and outdoor dining area in addition to the kitchen). We liked a lot the layout of the house, good balance between privacy without feeling disconnected from the group. Surreal view of the bay from the terrace. Beach and a couple of good restaurants are within walking distance. We also liked the easy access to several points of interest in the area. Daniela was the most gracious host, very communicative and attentive to our needs. She gave us precise directions to the house and waited for us (late at night). She and her husband addressed one small issued we had in a very prompt manner. We'd love to go back!

We loved this place! Most amazing host Angelo saved us - arranged for us shuttle from the airport at the midnight. Many super helpful recommendations, amazing bbq in the patio. Definitely would love to come back!

Our stay in this villa was exceptional. The location was perfect next to Coaquaddus and the views were stunning. Everything was clean, comfortable, and incredibly convenient. Check in and out was very easy, and Sergio + Emilye were always available and there was great communication throughout. This was one of the best places I have ever stayed, and am deeply grateful for the experience!

We had a lovely stay at Novella’s place. The house is great and the surrounding beaches and the sea is magical! I would like to return here!
