Enjoy a cozy experience in The Guesthouse in the Garden. After walking down several stone steps, nestled among trees and flowers, you will find a guesthouse filled with a comfortable lounging area, and a quaint bedroom. Then exit to the back deck and spend time sitting by the fish ponds, you can venture onward to explore the Secret Garden where you may spot different butterflies, birds, and even friendly bees. There's also a larger Koi pond which you can relax by as well. Hope you come visit!

Situated on a quiet street with a landscaped front and backyard. Enjoy deck with seating for 8, outdoor bbq and shaded dining. All new appliances & furnishings make for a great getaway retreat. Come and go or come and stay. Sleeps up to 6 guests so great for a family vacation or friends weekend in the Redwoods.

Tent, q-sized inflated bed, showers, ocean 1 mile

This tent is permanently darkened on the exterior by mold. We cannot clean it without destroying the waterproofing. It is ugly, but otherwise in very good shape; interior is NOT moldy. Tent is roomy, w/queen-sized inflated bed, firepit/free wood, picnic table, & propane heat if needed ($8 ). Bring your own bedding: pillows, towels, sleeping bags, etc. We can provide bedding if necessary, but have to charge a $20 flat fee for laundering (PG&E costs are ridiculous), for which we are sorry.

Private studio on country road, near Victorian Ferndale, Redwoods, Beach, Eureka. Queen bed & charming decor; old-time farm theme.2/3 acre with friendly chickens and alpacas to hand feed. Full bathroom, fast Wi-Fi, small sleeping loft with extra twin futon, full size mattress, & fold out twin bed on main level sleeps 4 people. 2+ nights gets Napa wine, snacks, fresh ranch eggs. The little farm welcomes you. Deck BBQ, fire pit, swing seat, flowers, and shade trees all to yourself.

Ferndale Bungalow, Pasture views, walk to town

The Village Bungalow is a sweet cottage/bungalow located in a quaint neighborhood, off of Main Street in the Victorian Village of Ferndale. Spend your days hiking among the giants in the redwood forest. Take a 10 minute scenic drive through pasture land to the rugged pacific coastline. Or simply step out your door and take a short walk uptown to enjoy our small town: art gallery, coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping! We allow a maximum of 2 small to medium sizes dogs, upon approval.

Ferndale Picturesque Cottage.

This cottage is in a private setting surrounded by nature, a safe, quiet space to relax and unwind. Located just two blocks from downtown Ferndale, the cottage is a 1 bedroom home with a fully equipped kitchen, living area and 2 private patios. Wifi upload and download speeds are excellent. Ferndale is noted for its well preserved victorian architecture which houses a variety of boutique shops, specialty stores, cafes and restaurants. Hiking trails are abundant and nearby.

Muddy Duck Cottage

If you are looking for a farm stay in the redwoods, come stay with us at this studio cottage with a full kitchen, washer dryer, patio, and fire pit. Enjoy the early morning (and sometimes all day) sounds of ducks, geese, turkeys and cattle . Surrounded by acres of Redwood trees, no street lights, and lots of wildlife. Enjoy the stars from the patio in redwood rocking chairs. The cottage has Roku Smart TV, NETFLIX, WIFI & all basic bath & kitchen essentials.

This is the best place to unplug and unwind.

If you would like to spend some time among the redwoods, this is the place -- the small village of Shively. It is near the Eel River for fishing, swimming or just enjoying laying in the warm sunshine. In just a short drive, you can be on the Avenue of the Giants, Founders Grove or Rockefeller Forest where you can view and/or hike among the beauty of the redwoods. Further north is the Victorian village of Ferndale, the ocean or Humboldt Bay.
