Townhome holiday rentals in Carlsbad Village

This home was perfect for our big family! We were attending a wedding on Mission Beach and the location was amazing. Sprouts, Trader Joe’s, and (Vons I think?) were within a few min walk from the house. The two provided parking spots made for easy parking. The kitchen was well stocked, the home impeccably clean, and from the room I slept in on the top floor I didn’t hear a sound from the teenagers staying up late downstairs. It is across the street from a middle school, so be aware there will be school sounds, but only during the day. Overall, it was a great stay and we’d definitely choose this home again.

Hector’s place was very well located, well stocked with what you might need in the kitchen to comfortable beds and ample “hang out space”. The roof deck is a welcome extra to be able to sit outside in a private area. Located about 3 blocks from the beach and just a few steps from multiple food places, it met our needs perfectly! Thank you Hector for being so responsive as well!

Stephanie was an amazing host. She was very responsive and made sure we had a great time for our stay. The home was beautiful and there was more than enough accommodations included around the home including beach activities, towels, and kitchen supplies. If I’m ever staying in the area again Stephanie’s place will be my first option.

We had a great stay. Perfect location and a quick walk across the way to the beach. House had everything we needed. Only negative we experienced was the water pressure in master bath was extremely low so running a bath took a long time. Highly recommend !

Great place. We travel frequently to North County San Diego for our son’s therapy and this is definitely has become one of our favorite Airbnb locations that we’ve stayed over the years. Host was very easy to communicate with and the place was itself was fantastic and exactly as described in the listing. We would certainly stay at this place again. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at Angela’s beautiful condo! Everything was as described. Extremely private and peaceful location, with many walkable coffee shops, restaurants, and ridiculously delicious local doughnut shop! The ocean access is a very short walk from the condo, as is the heated pool and hot tub, which we really enjoyed! We looked forward to chatting with the friendly neighbors during our evening hot tub visits! Just an fyi, that after you book with Angela. You will be primarily dealing with the property manager through email. We had no issues with that :) Nicole was awesome! We hope to head back to Angela’s in the near future! We had a lovely time celebrating graduation and Father’s Day at Teresa‘s AirBnb! It was very spacious, had a full kitchen, and all the amenities we needed for the perfect visit. The location is perfect, with plenty of places to dine & shop! And Teresa was very quick in responding to messages! We can’t thank her enough for being the perfect host!!

Entire house was clean. Washing station outside the front door is great to have. Trash bins are easily accessible. Separate recycling bin in the pantry available. Bathroom amenities are provided. Grill and fire pit are clean. There's so much provided, I don't think I have enough room to continue with what I'd like to say. Instructions for amenities are a nice touch. Location, location, location. You're walking distance to sooooo many restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Having said that, road noise was NOT a problem. The beach is a short drive away. Jay is a great host and communication was clear and concise. I definitely recommend staying and would love to stay again

My father and husband have been battling cancer for the last four years, and this trip was particularly special for them. They were able to enjoy the comfort of a home away from home while visiting our oldest son and celebrating Father's Day. The place was wonderful, and we can't wait to book again—possibly both units if they are available for our extended family.

Our stay here was amazing! We were close to great food, the beach and our family that lives nearby. It had every amenity that we needed and the host was quick to respond with any questions that we had. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great time! All eight of us fit comfortably. We spent most of our time at various beaches, but being able to walk to the local beach in the evening was extra special. We really appreciated the extra beach towels, beach chairs, and boogie boards. it was also very helpful having washer dryer access.

This was an outstanding home base for our family of five (including three young adults). Anastasia was one of the most responsive Airbnb hosts I’ve ever encountered! She always answered questions promptly and thoroughly. We appreciated her flexibility around check-in. The home is in an absolutely terrific, safe, fun location. Plenty of restaurants, grocery store, and of course the beach! The private garage spot was a huge plus. Great to have easy access to a popular beach without having to worry about parking. Though we didn’t take advantage of them, she made available bikes, boogie boards, and other amenities to guests. We appreciated having AC plus a washer/dryer with laundry detergent available. Beds and sofa were comfy. Truly, everything was terrific!

This place is absolutely beautiful. Very quaint and cute. The fireplace is a nice touch. And the view of ocean waves was perfect. I would absolutely stay here again.

Alyson was very helpful and responsive. Her place is in a beautiful setting with plenty of green space and views and access to the ocean.

We rented Anna's place for a girls' weekend in San Diego and loved it! The location is so great, walkable to lots of coffee shops, restaurants, shops and the beach. It felt very central to all the things we wanted to do, and it was easy to Uber from there to other neighborhoods. The house was spacious and comfortable, and we loved having the roof deck to relax outside. Beautiful kitchen with almost everything you'd ever need during your stay. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

This was an amazing place to stay. The kitchen, living room, and bedrooms were beautiful and spotless! Guy was very friendly and responsive. Instructions for check in and out were very clear. Would definitely come back and stay!

Exceptional Stay – Above and Beyond for Family Comfort My family had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb hosted by Soothing Stays. From the start, our host was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. What truly stood out was their extra effort in making our stay safe and comfortable for our family—especially our toddler grandson. They went out of their way to install toddler gates throughout the property before our arrival, which gave us such peace of mind. It’s rare to find a host who not only listens to guest needs but takes real action to meet them. The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The thoughtful touches, clear communication, and warm hospitality made us feel right at home. My family and I had an amazing time staying here. The location is great, 3-minute walk to the beach, 12-minute walk to the downtown restaurants, and a 15-minute walk to the bay. The house was very clean and had a home-y feel. There are two balconies, one in the master bedroom, one in the living room. Both provided a view of the ocean which I sat and enjoyed every morning when I woke up. We cooked some meals at the house. Pans, pots, and baking dishes were provided as well as some seasonings. There is a garage which did feel a little tight to back into but inside the garage was very spacious. (I drive a Subaru Ascent) The host did provide beach items such as chairs, toys, towels. Overall, we had a fantastic time staying here and will definitely stay here again!

Janine's home was better than the pictures. Newly remodeled. amazing ocean view. Safe and secure. Welcome gifts and well stocked coffee and kitchen. Beds and pillows were luxurious. Janine and her partner were quick to answer any questions and property manager was quick to help us light the barbecue. We wished we stayed longer. Highly recommend.
