The house is in a gated community, less than 5 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches in Brazil. The house is close to the restaurants/bars and tourist attractions of Praia dos Carneiros. Ideal for resting, but also for gathering family and friends and socializing. My space is spacious, comfortable, very ventilated and was designed to receive natural lighting. The house has 4 en-suites, terrace, balcony, parking, kitchen, living and dining rooms. Ideal for couples, families and friends.

The apartment is located in the Colina sector, Tower 5, which, as the highest point in the Eco Resort, offers the best views of the beach, river, and coconut groves.
