The residence is located at the foot of the sand dunes of the Mediterranean. Located on the second floor out of 3. No roads to cross to be on the beach. Public Paying Parking in front of the residence However, there are a few free spots inside the property along the beach. The residence of Grasse is in the small cross at Carnon plage.

Very nice 2 room apartment renovated this year located just a 2 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes from the port and its shops (restaurants, bars, markets, entertainment) The accommodation has a pretty terrace that overlooks the port of Carnon Ouest (very quiet). Very functional and ideally located, you will spend a quality stay for 2 or with family... Linens (sheets + towels) are not provided in the price, but on request: 1/2 pers: €10 and 3/4 pers €20 Thank you
