Very nice view, nice private pool and relaxing surroundings (the beach very close to the apartment) and easy to park. For the apartment, identical to the photos: clean, equipped, various beds, very nice balcony, correct size for 4 people! And bonus point for the presence of the air conditioning (easy to turn on)! We really enjoyed our stay! And we won't hesitate to come back!

My wife and I stayed in the top-floor appartment of Kaled’s home for a month, and loved it. The flat itself is absolutely charming, particularly private the roof terrace, with good air conditioning in both rooms, and super fast WiFi (>100mbps and faultless). The location is easily walkable to the centre, with good local spots and tram/bike stops nearby. The shared pool is also a real bonus in the heat. Kaled was a perfect host, proactively addressing any queries we had, and even inviting us to join for a drink when he hosted friends. He even took out a pass at the gym next door for us to use at our leisure. Overall the vibe was very chilled and incredibly welcoming. Avoid if you want a hyper-modern place/amenities, or if you don’t feel comfortable bumping into other house guests occasionally.

Perfect stay! Béatrice is an available host, very pleasant, accommodating if needed and really invested in the well-being of her guests. Small touches were available in the accommodation which was really very clean, with comfortable bedding. Everything is well thought out, practical and well decorated. All for a very fair price. I recommend it unreservedly!

Very well hosted by Edmonde, we had a great stay in this well-equipped apartment, located in a quiet and wooded residence. We enjoyed the terrace, the ease of getting to the beaches and the proximity to a shopping mall.

Catherine was always responsive and clear with instructions. The pool was nice and private. Walking distance 5 minutes to shop and bakery 15 minutes to tram. Lovely little market too though n the pretty square.

There is everything you need. The terrace is sunny all day and for those who fear the sun there is the tarpaulin to have shade

Welcome by Mélanie, very pleasant and smiling. Apartment very well located, with sea view as advertised, clean, complete, modern and functional amenities. Garage on the same level as the apartment, facilitating the transfer of luggage. The only drawback was the narrowness of the garage for our vehicle.

Duplex apartment not very large but really very well equipped and nicely decorated. Everything is well thought out even for babies. The covered terrace was well appreciated as there was a lot of wind. In May it was quiet but probably noisier in the summer with the pool and aqualand. Beach and many shops and restaurants within walking distance.

We spent our first family vacation at Fabien's house. The house was perfect and the bucolic garden with pool. It is ideally located close to the city center but it doesn't feel like it in the evening with the calm that reigns. Communication with Fabien was very fluid and made various recommendations for us to make the most of our stay. We will come back without hesitation.

We were 8 people and it has enough room for everyone. Everything was perfectly furnished and available. The view from the terrace is wonderful. The small pools are great, but could be a little warmer in October.

Our stay was wonderful! The house is beautiful and the outdoor area is a great place for a family to enjoy. There is plenty of seating and the pool was great! The AC was a bonus especially on the hot days. We were just a few minutes away from the beach and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves every day we were there. We were able to cook our meals in the very well stocked kitchen and sit either inside or outside to eat. Jeremie was very accommodating and responded to any questions quickly. We got to spend a fun filled week and made lasting memories enjoying our surroundings with family and friends! We would highly recommend this house and host to anyone contemplating this area to spend their vacation.
