Holiday rentals with beach access in Carolina

For my first time in PR and first BNB I have nothing negative to say. The location was very good close to many restaurants, casinos and the beach right there. The view in the place was GREAT didn't want to leave. I would definitely stay there again. FIVE STARS FROM ME.

Rolando and team were super helpful and responsive, we went to a bunch of the restaurants recommended and they were all hits! Super helpful when there are so many potential coffee shops and restaurants to try. The space came with everything we needed, including ear plugs which was a nice touch!

A beautiful apartment with a breathtaking view. I felt so relaxed with all of the natural light that enters the space and enjoyed hanging out on the balcony and looking over the ocean. The hosts were friendly and quickly responsive to any questions that I had. I'd recommend this place to anyone and would stay again myself when back in the area!

We had a great stay in this bnb! The unit was super clean, and looked even better than the pictures. Comes with everything you could ever need, beach chairs, towels, even a Brita filter in the fridge! Will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice calm place that’s easily accessible to old San Juan :)

I spent two weeks with my wife on our honeymoon in a unit owned by West Indies Rentals. We had an absolutely WONDERFUL time. Not only were the hosts incredibly responsive and flexible, but the property was pristine and the room matched the listing perfectly. I’d recommend this company to anyone looking to travel to Puerto Rico.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, and you could tell the host takes great care in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The location was perfect—close to everything you could need, with plenty of restaurants lining the strip and so many activities within a short 15-minute drive. The amenities were top-notch, covering everything you could possibly think of to make your stay comfortable. On top of that, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the experience seamless. I would absolutely stay here again!

Hector maintained excellent communication and answered every question I asked him without problems. He was also very kind to let me have a momentary visit for my work. I had everything I needed, the place was very quiet to rest. 100% recommended.

I can't say enough about how amazing this property is. I brought my two grown children and husband to Old San Juan for the first time as a graduation/50th birthday (respectively) and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The open air kitchen and living areas were surprisingly cool with the breeze coming off the ocean only a couple blocks away. The location was perfect, close to the forts and restaurants. All in all, just amazing. I highly recommend booking this AirBnB.

Beautiful place! We stayed 1 week, my family loved everything about it. The kids loved the pool! All attractions are not to far from this place and it’s very peaceful. There are good food spots minutes away from home. Definitely recommend staying!

This place was amazing for 3 of us we stay there for 5 nights and it was a great stay we enjoy the easy access to the house and the easy way to located erick was great he was very responsive and always check on us to make sure we were doing well The place was definitely well clean and i located not to far away from located activities and food place i will definitely come back in the future ! Also the back yard is co nice !

Tania was a truly exceptional host. She was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She was also very responsive which made things easier. The property was impeccably clean and well-equipped, and I felt right at home. The apartment is just as described in the pictures and everything is near by which was a great thing. I highly recommend and the area is very beautiful too.

Fernando's air bnb has a beautiful and the best view of the beach ! it looks exactly like the pictures. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again.

I knew if/when I came back to Puerto Rico I would make sure i stayed at this location. Cant beat the area and all it provides within walking distance. Stunning beach access, very hospitable host and then some! Quick ride-share response to and from excursion places and night life makes it a smooth process to get to most of what San Juan has to offer. Highly recommend.

Javier was very friendly , accommodating and helpful. Place was sooooo close to the beach. If you have kids I recommend staying here due to the area of beach. If you walk out the gate to beach town left and walk down until you see a pool like areas very kid friendly. To your right you’ll have more activities like, jet skis, parasailing, banana boat, pins coladas, chairs with umbrellas. Also location is close to a bunch of restaurants walking distance highly recommend Bistro Cafe.

Condo had all the basic amenities we needed and William was always one text away! Having a nice place to stay was the icing on the cake for our wonderful trip to PR!
