A stay in Maple Cottage feels like a warm hug. What stood out most for us was the immediate ambience of coming home, on arrival. It was very easy to relax in the comfort of this clean, cosy space, situated in a quiet neighbourhood very conveniently located to amenities. Attention to detail in the décor and the interior design skills of whoever has decorated Maple cottage, have achieved a very good balance of function, simplicity and quality in this lovely home. Thank you Nancy for your quick responses and ease of communication. I would love to stay in Maple Cottage again.

Stayed here while attending a funeral and it was a perfect peaceful location. Cinema room a massive plus. Everything was clean and tidy and beds very comfy. Any questions we had were answered quickly and clear instruction on how to use certain things in the home. Had a lovely relaxing 5 days and will definitely be back when in the area. An absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless — check-in was easy, the space was spotless, and every little detail had been thoughtfully considered. The home was cozy, beautifully styled, and exactly as described (if not better!). The hosts were warm, responsive, and made us feel truly welcome. The location was perfect — peaceful yet close to everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway!

Very Lovely place to stay, was very affordable for me and my friends. Nice and peaceful neighbourhood. Not far from the station and not a long drive into the city. The host were lovely and helpful. High recommend 😊👌🏻

Had the pleasure of staying here for a trip back home to visit family with my partner, it is an absolute beautiful home and Patrizio made us feel welcomed and at ease. This was our second stay with Ben and Murray. The location is amazing, the apartment is clean, and quiet, even though you’re so close to the bustle of South Yarra. We always have such a good night’s sleep! Ben and Murray are helpful and respond very quickly to any communication, and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when we visit Melbourne.

Sarah’s place is a good find. Conveniently located near downtown Melbourne. She was very responsive. Incredible views of downtown Melbourne from her place. You have to pick up the key from a local grocery store (which worked fine) and there is only one key, but overall the stay was great. Excellent swimming pool and gym. Recommend staying here! Good value!

Absolutely fantastic stay. The welcome was up there with the best I ever had. Deb’s husband graciously welcomed us and was flexible about our timing. The position is second to none. Although being right in the heart of restaurants , cafes and walking distance to the beach, it was quiet. We were welcomed with champagne, chips and chocolates and plenty to make breakfast the next morning. The kitchen is perfectly appointed for those who like to cook. Also a myky card - which is super helpful (don’t forget not to leave it in the red!) We felt able to contact our hosts at anytime. All round great stay.

Lovely apartment . Very secure. Very easy access to and from train station. Close to many good restaurants and bars Small in size which is accurately described. We appreciated the flexible check in and detailed instructions. We hope to stay again in the future

Jillian's space was thoughtful and well set out. Such quiet surrounds for city living. Park just down the street for beautiful walks with special directions from the hostess for the best views. Wonderfully modern bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom with the biggest shower you will ever find. Would recommend and definitely request to stay again in the future.

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Kate's cosy apartment was super good. Restaurants, theaters, great shopping, transport and even parks all really close by. Really close. Great shower, comfy bed, and so many thoughtful extras that I never expected. Thanks Kate for a wonderful week.

My wife and I had great 5 day stay. Amanda was a great host and clear with her instructions. The unit is in a fantastic position, ultra quiet and close to all you need to do in Melbourne without the hustle and bustle of staying in the CBD. I’m glad to have stayed at Aster’s place once again—this time at a different listing. The location was incredibly convenient, situated right opposite Southern Cross Station, which made getting to and from the airport a breeze. With trams just around the corner, exploring the city was easy and accessible. It was a smooth and pleasant stay overall, and I’ll happily choose Aster’s place again the next time I’m in Melbourne.

Excellent location with breathtaking views and a warm, welcoming host. Peter greeted us personally on arrival and was very flexible with both check-in and check-out timings, which made our stay even more convenient. The apartment was clean, exactly as pictured, and within easy walking distance to great restaurants and major Melbourne attractions. Highly recommended!
