Holiday rentals with a pool in Carpina

Passing to thank you for the opportunity to get to know the house. The structure is great, the pool area is super nice and the atmosphere in general is very welcoming. It was a positive experience and I certainly want to go back again.

Amazing home with great accommodations, all the instructions were clear and the best treatment during check-in and check-out.

I went with my family and we all loved the place. The house is perfect, all new, all the house utensils available. Only praise for the site and for Mrs. Renata and Dona Denise that were a few loves and super attentive. We will definitely go back!

All clean, all the utensils of the house very useful, and the condominium is beautiful, not to mention the lake in the front that enchants. Very attentive host. Our stay was WONDERFUL. We went with family, 11 people, and the house accommodated everyone comfortably. The place is a DREAM, the wonderful view, extremely clean house, organized, comfortable furniture, kitchen equipped with everything, the wonderful Jacuzzi, impeccable decoration (all thought to the smallest details). The condominium is perfect for morning walks, heated pools, playgrounds, treehouses,… it makes you want to live there. The host is very polite, affordable, excellent service. And it has a huge differential, FABIANA❤️, she is the secretary of the house, a wonderful, helpful, super polite person, makes an extremely tasty food, you can even set up a menu, take the ingredients and she prepares everything! Ah, the super fast internet tbm, so you can work home office quietly. It was an amazing experience. Everyone loved it.

Very good accommodation, very responsive host. The place is close to medical centers and bakeries and seems like a walkable place. I thought it was excellent.

The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Djalma was always available to help with anything we needed and even gave us great tips about the area. It was a truly warm and authentic experience — we’re so grateful and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Leandro is an attentive and kind host. All questions and requests were answered immediately. The apartment, very cozy, is on a very high floor, which provides a very beautiful view. Voltaria, certainly, staying in this property.

Eugênio was an excellent host, allowed us to check in early and always responded quickly and diligently! The space is excellent and meets the needs of guests well, very clean and well equipped with the essentials for the stay.

Great stay. Silvia was flexible on check-in and the apartment was adjustable, well clean and equipped. It wasn't the first time we stayed in it and it certainly won't be the last. I recommend it to everyone. Note: Only one detail I would like to mention is with respect to air conditioning, I believe that the weather would be more pleasant after a cleaning in the filter. It cooled reasonably, it didn't bother you, but it could perform better. Overall we like it a lot <3

The stay was very enjoyable. Everything was exactly as in the photos, and the studio is well organized. We had daily cleaning service (we don't know if it's routine, but it happened during our stay). The balcony is a charm in itself - you can have breakfast while enjoying the sea view. Nearby, there is an excellent bakery, two supermarkets and a great gym affiliated with Wellhub (which was a differential for us). The beach in front of the property has many rocks, which makes bathing difficult, but with a longer walk or a quick five-minute Uber ride, you can reach an excellent diving area. We really enjoyed the stay and certainly recommend it.
