A City of Carpinteria Transient Occupancy Tax of 15% will be collected separate from Airbnb fees based on the total nightly fee plus cleaning fee. Escape to Sandyland in our 2 bedroom condo located in a beachfront triplex in beautiful Carpinteria. Family friendly and just steps from the sand, our condo is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing beach holiday. The condo has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and the other with bunk beds (twin/full), and 1 bath. Spacious living room and dining room that seats 4. The outdoor eating area is equipped with a propane grill. Boogie boards, beach chairs and towels included.

A short drive North to Montecito's Coast Village road shops and eateries. Or South to the quaint town of Carpinteria. Or, just stay in and enjoy the views and sunsets from your own private deck! The Nest has a Queen Size bed and we are pet friendly but we only allow dogs.

See what our guests have to say.... ***Between the amazing sunrise, the friendly family (dog and owners!), and the wonderfully comfortable decor, this little studio is the perfect "home base" for a weekend in the area. So enjoyed being out of town, but so close to everything! Our only regret is we did not have longer to stay. ***What a wonderful studio that offers beautiful views of the mountains.

Quick walk to world famous “the Spot” burgers but really, it’s all about the beach, it’s like so close! Walking trails in the wetlands are close too, the kids love exploring there. Carp’s got some cool restaurants too, our favorite is Teddy’s by the Sea. Partly because our dog is named Teddy but food’s pretty good too!
