Private and Cozy Studio

Our private studio is great for couples or single professionals who need a quiet place to work. Studio is furnished with one Queen bed and a two twin beds (trundle bed comes from underneath the twin bed in the picture. Private bathroom and access to our backyard, some guests have used it for Yoga, Meditation and for their kids to run around 10 minute drive to downtown and/or main beaches. Private parking space included for one vehicle. Only minutes from hiking trails, UCSB, Beach, etc.

We have a two spacious bedroom and two full baths in a house surrounded by outdoor patio with private off street parking. We have put a lot of love in making this hose available for you. The bright and airy bedroom features a queen sized bed and dedicated workspace. The couch in the living room can be converted to a full-sized bed. Pet friendly ($20 per pet per night!) 1 off street parking space is available in the driveway.

You will be able to walk to downtown or take a short drive to most locations in Santa Barbara. City is going to start some kind of road maintenance in sept until novemeber. The three rooms: living/bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom cover 260 square feet (24 square meters).

The city is planning on doing some king of street maintenance during september to novemeber, they have not given any exact dates. Looks like phase 2 will require street closure. As of this time 9/5 nothings started yet but theyve started leaving these notices around. Going to include a transcript of the notice in another section.
