Mahoney Manor

My father executed his vision and built Mahoney Manor from the ground up. What started as a "camp" eventually became his full-time home before his untimely death in 2018. Nestled in the woods at the base of Ira Mountain just minutes from Sugarloaf and along the Carrabassett River, Emmett created a sanctuary. He spent the last years of his life "developing" two empty lots into a Zen-like nature trail system with hand made bridges and benches perfect for 4-season walking or snowshoeing.

We take great pride in providing a stay that you will remember for years to come. Our moose house is well-stocked with all essential amenities and a few extra surprises! Quaint, convenient neighborhood walking distance to UMF and downtown Farmington. Franklin Memorial Hospital is a short drive. Sugarloaf and Rangeley areas are 45 minutes. WIFI and smart TVs. (No cable.) Washer/Dryer with detergent available. Great place to stay for exploring Maine or a visit with your family and friends.

Modern Chalet Shuttle/Hot Tub

Welcome to Butter! Located in Sugarloaf Village, our modern house is newly constructed and we are excited to share it with you. It is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with two living areas and a pull out couch on the bottom floor. The mudroom is loaded with hooks and cubbies for everyone's gear for an amazing time at Sugarloaf. Plus come and relax in the hot tub at the end of your day. The shuttle stops in front of the house every 30 min and will take you to the mountain or Outdoor Center.

Beautiful home on Wyman Lake

This large one bedroom two bath "camp" is located on Wyman Lake directly off Rt. 201, about 8 minutes north of Bingham. This is a wonderful location to unwind and decompress. The perfect place to ice fish with the kids. Watch the flags from the window or while your roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. Bring your snowshoes (or rent ours) and take your dog on an adventure around the lake. We offer trailer parking for your snowmobiles in Bingham, and you can ride them to the camp.

Quiet get away for the family on the river. Hear the sound of the flowing water right outside the windows. 4 Bedroom, 1 Bath, mudroom, radiant floor heat and propane gas stove, full kitchen, with deck and grill. Only a mile from Sugarloaf mountain and the Outdoor center and 24 miles from Flagstaff Lake. Activities include: cross country skiing, skate skiing, downhill skiing, skating and mountain biking, hiking, fishing and golfing.

The Cozy Cottage

The Cozy Cottage is a true gem! Conveniently located less than a mile from downtown Kingfield and only 20 minutes to Sugarloaf Mountain. It's pet-friendly, sleeps 4 adults comfortably & has all the amenities you need after a day in the mountains! Close to tons of trails for snowmobile, ATV, cross country, hiking, mountain biking, etc. The town of Kingfield offers restaurants, local shops, a grocery store, gas stations, etc.

Sugarloaf Village Ski House

This open concept Sugarloaf Ski House is located a mile from the Access Rd. The house features an outdoor hot tub, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a bonus space with additional beds. Its convenient location combined with a private setting gives you the opportunity to relax and unwind with your family and friends, including your pets! All the essentials including Wifi throughout the house, Smart TVs and plenty of parking.

The Riverfront Retreat - 27 minutes to Sugarloaf!

This vibrant farmhouse is surrounded by 800 ft. of Lemon Stream. Walk to the historic wire bridge! It is about 27 minutes to Sugarloaf and 8 minutes to Kingfield; located directly off Rt. 27 in route to Carrabassett Valley. You can hit the slopes then come home to a cozy, gas fireplace. There's a firepit by the stream to enjoy the stars in warmth. The home is full of color and organic decor. FAST STARLINK WIFI!

Sugarloaf Ski House, 10 minutes to baselodge, shuttle on call, awesome views, near crosscountry trails, restaurants, Outdoor Center. In summer months, 10 minutes to Sugarloaf Golf Course. Easy access to bike/ hiking trails, waterways, fishing. You can ski in and out from your vehicle from the ends of Lots E and F when the Bucksaw Quad is running. There's a ticket Kiosk at the base of the lift.
