The Loft is located is a quiet rural area, 10 minutes from Waterford City and 30 minutes from Kilkenny City. Our newly converted apartment is a self contained unit with an open plan Kitchen, Living and bedroom area. It has a cosy yet spacious feel to it, where you can relax and unwind. The sleeping area has a double bed and also a small sofa bed ( suitable for a child if required ). It also has a sizeable decking for outdoor dining. It is adjacent to our home with its own private entrance.

Cosy chalet just a 20 minutes walk to the ocean. Beautiful sea views, facing the Metal Man. The Chalet is on our property right next to our house and has a large driveway to park and an EV charger. Newtown & Guillamene swimming coves nearby. 5mins drive to Tramore town that has long been associated with Irish tourism and offers a traditional seaside experience. The beach front features a long promenade and an amusement park in the summer.
