Great stay, great responsive host

This place was so comfortable for our family of 4. We enjoyed the stunning view of the water. It was close to shops, all the wonderful restaurants, park nearby for morning walk or jog. We felt very safe there. The WiFi was excellent! We worked while we were there. Place was just 10-15 minute uber ride to the walled city. Alejandra was very helpful and responsive host. We would definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay here, the host is very accommodating and responsive. Building security is very tight. I thought that this would hinder some fun for us but the host assured a great time and great experience for us. The pent house view is beautiful to wake up to every morning. It’s nice and bright with a beautiful view of the ocean. I believe the pics may have be taken at night. One tip I would leave them is to take more bright high quality pics. Other than that thank you for your hospitality! The Penthouse Cartagena experience was amazing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment in Cartagena! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Ade was an exceptional host, very responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay. The check-in and check-out process was easy, and the apartment had everything we needed. It was the perfect home base for exploring the city. Highly recommend staying here, and we’d definitely come back again. Thank you for everything!

The hosts were extremely accommodating by helping me surprise my boyfriend with decorations for his birthday that he love. The place is just like the pictures and the views from the balcony are breathtaking. The pool is beautiful and supervised by security for added peace of mind. The location is central to all the main attractions. The host recommended several restaurants and very knowledgable. Dont hesitate and book this place now you wont be disappointed.

Of all the places I have stayed at, definitely in my top 5. It’s a shame that the AC is quite so noisy but I understand this is common throughout the building. Nevertheless, a great and comfortable place.

Santiago was always very responsive, the check in was very easy the lobby people was very kind and helpful the building is very clean the piscina beautiful and front beach spectacular, the apartment was very clean and beautiful just like the pictures showed, I will come back greatly recommend it.

The cleanliness, the comfort of the facilities is incredible, perfect for going as a family a safe place I will return.

Excellent location, central and accessible to all key areas in Ctg. Apt is modern with plenty of restaurants and entertainment in walking distance. Directly across from one of the most relaxed beach areas. I will definitely be coming here to stay again.

Waking up to that gorgeous water view and enjoying a glass of wine at night while looking out at the ocean made this trip unforgettable. That view is honestly the reason I chose this apartment, and it did not disappoint. The bedroom was comfortable, and the neighborhood, although very touristy, felt safe and lively. There are plenty of restaurants and even a barbershop nearby. I also visited the massage parlor right next door a couple of times—great service and affordable, around $40–$50 for a full body massage. The beach is within walking distance, and the area is very walkable. Security was also great, and I really appreciated how responsive and thoughtful you were throughout the stay. Outstanding stay in Cartagena! Everything about this place was amazing — the view is breathtaking, the pool area is beautiful and relaxing, and check-in was super easy. Special shout-out to Sra. Luisa, who was incredibly kind and attentive. I actually forgot my phone and she chased me down in the lobby to return it — seriously, she went above and beyond! Also, María, the host, was fantastic — always quick to respond and very helpful with all our questions. Fernando’s hospitality is top level and his responsiveness brought peace and calm to the overall experience. The hot tub was terrific. The space itself was very clean and everything else was right outside of the suite, like stores, banks, beaches, restaurants, etc. I foresee us staying with Fernando in the near future yet again.
