The entrance is automated just fill in the check in online and we send you the welcome message with the codes to enter the apartment. Check-in is after 3:00 p.m., but if the apartment is ready earlier, you can check in then as well. We welcome pets with pleasure, but we have only one condition: as a rule of the house, they should not be on the beds or on the sofa. If this happens and we find a lot of hairs, we may have to request an additional deposit to cover the extra time spent on cleaning.
