Stayed here for 3 days and it was wonderful. This place was clean and secured. There is a gym and other facilities like the pool. The pool is on the top floor and it was amazing (It overlooks San Jose.) The hosts were friendly and easy to get a hold of. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

In fact, without asking for help, he was already giving me instructions to facilitate my arrival and of course we loved the place. He welcomed us with a gift👌🏻. Lovely modern apartment. Great linens, clean, well laid out and appointed. The views were magnificent and the location close to museums, fabulous food and coffee. Also the amenities such as the gym were exceptional.

What a great find Yanina's B&B was. It is spacious clean and has everything you need to set up housekeeping such as counter top elements, toaster oven, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, washer and dryer. The apartment is in a safe and quiet area and within easy walking distance to Walmart and the down town area. Although Yanina lives in Florida she has a network of support in Cartago she reaches out to if you need assistance. Also, her son Jonathan lives in the bottom apartment and manages things for his mother if he is not away working. Yanina is very attentive and was in frequent contact to make sure everything was fine and also to offer recommendations on local attractions and activites. Thank you for providing me with an outstanding experience Yanina and of course my thanks to Jonathan who picked me up at the airport. So if you are looking for superior accomodiations at a very reasonable cost this is the place for you.

Very nice loft style apartment with really big windows and a beautiful balcony overlooking the entire city with view of the mountains in the background as long as you look for the name of the building, you will be OK

Our stay at this condo was truly unforgettable! The space is just as beautiful as the listing shows—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The view from the condo was absolutely breathtaking; we found ourselves soaking it in every morning and evening. We loved the convenience of having several great restaurants just a short walk across the street, which made dining out easy and stress-free. The area felt very safe, and getting around was simple with easy access to transportation. What really made our experience stand out was the host. They were incredibly responsive, checked in to make sure we were comfortable, and gave us wonderful suggestions that helped us make the most of our time in Costa Rica. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area—and without a doubt, we would stay here again. 🇨🇷 PURA VIDA!

Fernan was very responsive and attentive. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The building staff were really great and accommodating. The rooftop gym, lap pool and the general pool are a real bonus. The restaurants, cafe and mini-market were very convenient. A hair salon had just opened the day before I checked out but good to know there is another added convenience on the property. Id stay there again!

I had a truly wonderful stay at this property. First and foremost, the cleanliness was outstanding — everything was spotless, fresh, and clearly maintained with great care. The location is also excellent, especially if you're planning on traveling by train — the station is just a short walk away (3 min), which made getting around very easy. The home is incredibly well-equipped — honestly, I’ve never stayed in a place with such thoughtful details. From a laundry basket to a Roomba vacuum cleaner, everything you might need has been considered. The kitchen was also fully equipped, making it easy and enjoyable to cook during my stay. What truly stood out was the host — warm, friendly, and always ready to help. Karen went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and felt completely at home. I would absolutely recommend this place and would love to return. Thank you for such a perfect stay!

Everything is great, the area is super quiet and the apartment is as it looks in the photos, if I return to San José I will come back here for sure, thank you for everything!
