This location was fantastic for our family of 3! The home is lovely, immediately felt comfortable and we were able to enjoy the outdoor deck area so much! For families, this is a fantastic location. 2 blocks to the beach, one block to nice park on a quiet street and the hosts were amazing at having the home baby proofed and ready for our arrival. Overall, it was the little touches and kind hosts that make this place truly stand out, can’t wait to visit again!

We had a great stay at Parkview! We picked it for its location and amenities, but found it was very charming with a fun story behind the house. Everything was in excellent condition and functional. Thanks John!

I would like to give this apartment a 5 for the clean, pleasant environment inside and out and good host communication. However, it was not quite as well equipped as I typically find in an airbnb and therefore a 4 for value.

My husband and I stayed for a few nights and it was everything we needed 🤍 a quiet place to sleep, very comfortable, clean and pretty! Elizabeth was very attentive and helped me out whenever I had questions. Thank you to our hosts for everything 😊

If I ever need a place to stay again in the cities this is easily a top contender for a solo or couple trip. I loved the feel of the living room. I’m a sucker for musical art and warm lighting, just makes you feel comfortable and that space felt exactly like that. It definitely helped that the bed was super comfortable to sleep in too. Any “flaws” about the area were already stated in the listing. Especially the 2 sets of stairs leading up to apt. Even for a fit person it can get to be a hassle. Chris of course has no control over that and any thing he could control he did a great job doing it. Definitely one of the most active and helpful hosts I’ve had. I personally didn’t use the kitchen because I spent a lot of time eating what the cities had to offer. Chris helped with that too by giving plenty of recommendations for food nearby. Overall a great stay for the price, and I would definitely do it again

We had an absolutely amazing stay in Minneapolis — this home was more than we could have hoped for, especially during our wedding weekend! We have never before seen, much less been fortunate enough to stay at, a place quite like Colin’s. The space was fun, unique, and full of character, clearly reflecting Colin’s incredible artistry and talent. It was extremely comfortable and had every amenity we needed (and more!). The location was dynamite - just steps from Eat Street and a short drive to anywhere else in the Twin Cities you could want - and the off-street parking was a true blessing. Most of all, Colin was incredibly kind, patient, flexible, and accommodating — the kind of person who makes you feel truly welcomed and cared for. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or a better host! Thank you kindly, Colin for sharing your beautiful property with us!

The home was beautiful and had everything you needed. You need at least a week to enjoy all the benefits of the home. Location was in a very good area. Friendly neighborhood with beautiful homes too. Beds were big and very comfortable.

The hosts were exceptionally responsive prior to check-in and accommodated our requests for some child items (high chair, pack-and-play, etc.). The house was perfectly clean and wonderfully serene! We enjoyed watching the geese, ducks, and turkeys off the patio. The house could not have been better appointed. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace and dining area and the well-equipped kitchen. Perfect for one or a few families!

The perfect getaway on the lake. Close proximity to groceries, shopping, and restaurants. Beautiful backyard space and great dock. We kept a 26ft boat there for the week and highly recommend anyone staying here takes advantage of the lake access.

I live in Victoria and rented Brooke’s place for overflow guests in town for a party, and it was perfect. The venue was 500’ away, in downtown Victoria; and we could not have been happier with the house, and location! Victoria is a beautiful, small town, close to so much nature! Between the fishing lakes, hiking trails, The Arboretum, 3 great wineries within minutes, Valley Fair 20 minutes away, 35 minutes to downtown Minneapolis/major sports venues, there is no reason to stay anywhere else! Thank you!

We were in town to celebrate our 92 yr old mother's birthday week and having a lovely place to stay made our visit perfect. The property is clean, well stocked, internet was good for husband working and furniture was comfy. My only (and it's only a personal preference...) is that the light bulbs were too office-ish. A bit glarey. Other than that, this is a wonderful, close-in, great place to stay. Thank you

Our stay at the Farmhouse was amazing! Lin met us for an in-person check to walk through the house and he gave us the background on the house. It was so awesome to hear the history of the house and of the property. The house was clean and we felt right at home. I would highly recommend staying at the farmhouse and taking full advantage of it's extremely close proximity to Parley Lake Winery and Deardorff Orchards.

It is as advertised, Studio Apartment, Pull out couch, right next to train that'll get you to downtown or Mall of America, and beautiful hiking for the Mississippi as well as Minnehaha falls was wonderful (12 min walk!)

Seana was an excellent, responsive host, and her place is cozy, clean, and comfortable. The location is ideal— right by several quality restaurants and near the lake— and the apartment is well equipped with tea, coffee, and a great spot by the window where you can enjoy them in the morning.

We loved our stay at this charming, clean and comfortable unit. The location was great, close to the Macalester campus, coffee shops and other local spots. Also Jean-Claude was a responsive and kind host. We would definitely come back!

This condo is my new home-away-from-home. It has the old-world charm of turn-of-the-century buildings with all the conveniences we expect. I thoroughly enjoyed my quiet stay in this gorgeous building in an amazing neighborhood with cool restaurants & shops, and of course Lake Harriet. If you love to cook, there is a gas stove and full kitchen: save money by cooking yourself. There is a great grocery store (Wedge) nearby. I loved the space so much I am staying again this week!

This place was exactly what we needed. Super responsive hosts (within 10 min every time!). We felt right at home. Fast WiFi for work, beautiful and great location for restaurants, bike paths and even some clubs near by. We were very happy with our stay. Can’t wait to stay again.

My husband and parents and I were in town for the weekend to visit our daughter. The area was perfect and centrally located for us. The condo was clean and well kept. Jason was very responsive to questions I had regarding parking. I just wish the weather would have nicer to use the outdoor deck! I would say the only downfall (and no fault of the owner) is that it was a bit noisy at night with people outside. However, when going to a city that is expected.
