The house includes on the ground floor: a living room with fireplace, a fitted kitchen and toilet, upstairs: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and an office area with a bed as well as an enclosed garden.

The gîte has a 15-meter indoor swimming pool, heated to 29 degrees all year round, for relaxing moments in any season.

Our accommodation (13 people max) is close to Caen (25 minutes) and the sea in a very beautiful countryside of the pre-bocage in Normandy. Easy access by car, train and airport. You will love our place because of its beauty, countryside, rest, horses (horseback riding possible), massages and indoor heated pool. Ideal for families of 4–10 people. The 4th bedroom is a very large hallway, so I very often put an extra bedroom in the annex for more comfort.

This cottage "Au Petit Bocage" is located in the heart of the village of Beny-Bocage, municipality of Souleuvre en Bocage. You will find all the shops and local services. This accommodation is composed of an equipped kitchen, a dining room overlooking the garden and a toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms, a bathroom and toilet. One of the bedrooms has a double bed while two single beds are installed in the second.

Souleuvre Viaduct 10 minutes away (bungee jumping, tree climbing, sledding, etc...) 20 minutes from Vire and St Lô, 35 minutes to Avranches and Caen.
