This is the third and last floor of a tower house from the XV century, completely renovated, in the very centre of Florence, at walking distance from all major attractions. Then, at no more than 10 minutes walk you can get to Piazza Santa Croce and Mercato dei Ciompi are just a couple of minutes walk, Duomo, Uffizi, Piazza della Signoria (together with Palazzo Vecchio), Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti... The area is full of good restaurants, pubs, wine bars, traditional ice cream laboratories, nearby grocery stores, shops in general. At nigh the apartment is quite and the very comfortable mattresses of the bed and the sofa bed, together with screens at the windows or dark thick curtains, will let you enjoy a pleasant sleep. From the windows you can see the typical road downstairs, Santa Croce in the background, and a wide and bright private court over the typical red Florentine roofs. The kitchen is fully equipped, modern and new. Air conditioning will refresh the whole Attic in a few minutes, in case of a warm day. And in case of a cold day, the heating is on to keep warm the area. The bathroom is equipped with a tub that can be used as a shower for pampered thanks to the double water jet: the standard shower and the large shower pan. Guests have access to the whole attic and all the equipment. Wifi internet is available and included in the offer. I will receive you on arrival and will provide information about the city. You can contact me anytime. Walk the beautiful narrow streets to Santa Croce square and tour the gorgeous Basilica di Santa Croce. Other notable landmarks are an easy walk away as well as Florence's exceptional cuisine, charming street cafes, and vibrant nightlife. You will be just great on foot staying at my place, but if you don't like to walk, there are some alternatives. Very nearby there is a bike rental, or you can download the app "Mobike" to use the bikesharing service in Florence. Also nearby Bohémienne Penthouse there are several public bus stops. Using public bus is easy checking the route planner on their site. Just on the other side of Piazza Santa Croce there is a taxi station, where you can get your cab to anywhere in Florence at honest rates. A car is not necessary to enjoy Florence city center, on the opposite it may also turn a small nuisance. We do not provide parking, you can arrange yourself asking to Garage Bargello Via Ghibellina, 170/172/r, 50122 Firenze Another option may be to find a free parking in Via dell'Erta Canina.. 20 minutes walk from my place.. Air conditioning is included up to a standard usage. Excess will be billed apart.

Borgo Allegri - Beautiful house immersed in art

Be surprised by the unusual combinations of brick walls and modern furnishings. Every detail of this apartment is taken care of to create a warm and convivial atmosphere. The mezzanine then lends itself to playful or relaxing moments, but also for two more guests! The apartment was created with love for detail and attention to the comfort and livability of the spaces. It is a large, comfortable, elegant and carefully designed open space of 40m2. It is located in a quiet area in the heart of the city, among the main streets of the Florentine nightlife and at the same time the historical, artistic and architectural heart of the city. A particular mention goes to via Pietra Piana and Sant'Ambrogio, which, although in the tourist circuit, still maintains its local character, with shops not intended for mass tourism consumption, but more attentive to the needs of those who still reside within the city walls and, with them, those who are more interested in tourism close to the true nature of the places visited. The living area is bright and is the heart of the house, equipped with a small but comfortable sofa, two armchairs, flat screen TV and table where you can eat comfortably, seating four people The adjacent kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you need to try your hand at some cooking, even while on vacation. The bedroom overlooks the back of the building, very quiet, has a comfortable double bed, desk, and a small walk-in closet. I will always be available to help and suggest to guests some particular point of view of the city. In front of the apartment, one of the few and rare green public spaces within the walls. I recommend all guests to download the Mobike app, to move easily by bicycle within the city.
