House was clean, tastefully decorated. Location met our needs, close to family, but it does back up to an intersection, privacy wall.

Our stay was wonderful! We definitely did not want to leave. Kyle was an awesome host and very prompt with responses and cared very much that our stay was exactly what we needed. The house was comfortable and we felt right at home. The pictures are exactly how everything looked. The back yard was the best. We had so much fun on our Arizona family trip and can’t wait to go back.

We had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication seamless from start to finish. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. Perfect home for our family of 6! Bedrooms each having their own bathroom and balcony was a huge plus! Beautiful home inside and out. Watching the sunrise poolside is something we’ll never forget. Pictures are amazing but don’t do it justice. The home itself had comfortable beds, great water pressure, plenty of kitchen items, amazing natural light, and just made us feel at home. Having restaurants and grocery stores within minutes was awesome. We’ve stayed all over AZ, but Fountain Hills and this home is probably our favorite yet. May not be walkable for some, as it is a pretty steep walk to town, but having the option was a plus. Would stay at this property or any of Jeff’s properties if he has others. We absolutely loved it!

We so enjoyed our stay at this super clean and spacious home. It had every amenity to make the stay inviting and comfortable plus many personable touches. The outdoor area was amazing! Instructions on how to operate everything were provided and clear. I would not hesitate to book again! It felt like a resort but in the privacy of having your own space. Beautiful!

I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful home! So cozy and spacious. Immaculately clean! The backyard was an awesome hangout space. The neighborhood was so quiet and lovely. The home was a perfect location. We were always only about 15 mins from anything we wanted to do. We will absolutely stay here again when we return to AZ!

We enjoyed our time at Melody’s place! The house was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed (towels were nicely stocked!) The pool was great. Being able to park in the garage was nice too as it was hot out. We were only there for a short time and didn’t get to explore the area, but would recommend staying here if you are coming to San Tan Valley.

Ron and Heather were always quick to respond and very attentive to our questions. There was some temporary construction noise and the pool was hard to keep clean due to some high wind, and leaves from the trees. The accommodations were lovely and spacious.

The home was beautiful beds were very comfortable everything you would need is there the outside was perfect Lacey & Drew were very helpful, and we would definitely go back we loved it!

The host were very polite and considerate of our check in time, although check in time is until 4pm, we made a 13 hour drive and got into town very early. The host worked with us on checking in early so we can rest. House, rooms, swimming pool and hot tub were exactly what we needed.

We had a fantastic stay at Jason’s place! The home was clean, quiet, and very comfortable — perfect for our family getaway. We especially appreciated the peaceful backyard and the pool, which made for some great memories. Jason was a great host — responsive and easy to communicate with. The house had everything we needed, and it was a perfect home base for exploring the area. Sean was such a great host! He is very communicative and readily helpful with any questions. The home is in excellent condition and such a great size, perfect for a large family. Our children absolutely loved the air hockey and foosball, and the theater room was fun for a family movie night. We currently have been waiting on our home to finish some contract work, and Sean was very flexible and quick to communicate with us.

We stayed in this home for a Mother-Daughter Mother's Day trip. Where do we start!!?? All we can say is that this trip was fantastic! The home has everything! Well maintained. It's a beautiful home inside and out. The location is perfect, and the neighborhood is lovely. We have stayed in plenty of vacation homes, and this one is by far one of the best ones we have ever stayed in. It was truly a home away from home—comfortable beds and couch. You can't go wrong with this home. It helped to make our trip nothing short of amazing.

Sawyer, your place was beautiful! When you walk in the house is just breathtaking, it’s what was needed after spending hours on the road. We only had a brief stop there but while we were there we felt right at home. The backyard is very nice and peaceful as well! Plenty of room for the kids to run around. Thanks again Sawyer for being a great host!

Great place everything was well organized and easeasy to find what was need and turning cooking or washing cloths. Anything you need they had available for use. Would 100 percent recommend for someone visiting!

Was such a great place to stay! House was even decorated for Christmas and felt right at home! Perfect location for sky diving in Eloy, short drive to Casa Grande for grocery stores. Madeline was always friendly and quick to respond to any questions or booking changes!

The house was just as advertised. It was clean and quiet. We visit Maricopa frequently and will book again if need be.
