Beautiful and bright newly renovated studio located on a unique ¾ acre property near the U of A. This tiny (220 sq. feet) and charming cottage was originally the water-pump house (in the 1940’s). The cottage has a walk in shower and a kitchen area consisting of a fridge and microwave and is set up to allow you plenty of privacy. This charming upstairs studio apartment has a private entrance and is close to the University of Arizona, downtown, and University Medical Center. Features that guests love include a comfy king bed, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. There is a delightful ramada area for relaxing outdoors. The home has been renovated with new flooring, a new kitchen, and appliances. The home also features a great covered front porch that I love to eat and read out on. Close to Downtown, University of Arizona, Starr Pass hiking and biking, and Saguaro National Park in a quiet neighborhood.
