Thank you, Ian ! Everything was great! The apartment was clean and has 2 terraces with a breathtaking view. The kitchen was dotated with everything you need: coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine , oven. Tha bathrooms , one big and one smaller with hair dryer. Comfortable bad mattress. Even though there are terraces downstairs, you can't hear the noise from the apartment. We was with our daughter and she sleeps very well. Close to the beach, only 3-5 min walking. We will return here soon!

A beautiful apartment located right outside the ocean in Marbella. Thank you Rafael for the great service. The unit was very nice and clean and is located is in a beautiful area. Super easy check in and friendly atmosphere all throughout the building. I highly recommend!

Carlos’s apartment is top class.. It has every utensil you can think of.. My wife said that even the hair dryer was of a very good quality. the air con was very good also which was needed as the temperatures hit 38 degrees Celsius during our stay.. The apartment and bathroom are very spacious with a very large walk-in shower in which the flow of water was very powerful.. you are approx 60 meters from the promenade walkway and the beach.. you are an approx 1km walk from the middle of old town square.. the bus stop and taxi rank are also very close the main gate of apartment block.. we met Carlos and wife on our check out who are lovely people and were very prompt on responding to our questions.. we will definitely be back to stay here..

This is a great apartment on the beachfront with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The host was very attentive.

We hebben weer een fantastische week achter de rug! We hebben ook veel geluk gehad met het weer, het was echt genieten. Het voelde meteen weer als thuiskomen, we waren hier voor de tweede keer. Fantastische locatie, gezellig huisje met zwembad meteen aan de zee gelegen. Het huisje had ondertussen een upgrade gehad: nieuwe zetel, nieuwe bedden, nieuwe loungezetels buiten. Alles is aanwezig wat je nodig hebt, ook veel buitenspeelgoed voor de kinderen (voor in het zwembad en aan zee). Het onthaal ging vlot en we mochten van Linda ook eerder inchecken dus we konden meteen in het huisje (wat super was). Bij aankomst staat er ook steeds een welkomstpakketje klaar en frisse drankjes in de frigo. De communicatie met Linda en Marcus verliep ook vlot. Geen bemerkingen, wij zijn en blijven fan. We komen graag volgend jaar voor een derde keer terug!

Appartamento splendido con una splendida vista sul mare, ottime finiture nel complesso buonissimo esperienza consigliatissimo

Prachtige ruime villa, ideaal voor familie- en vriendenverblijf! Zeer proper en licht. Erg goede bedden! Goed onderhouden, maar duidelijk schade aan de buitenmuren, ligzetels en het jacuzzi-deksel wegens de overvloedige regenval in de streek. Het buitenmeubilair zou een upgrade mogen hebben, en de grote Weber BBQ een grondige poetsbeurt, (was onbruikbaar wegens niet gekuist), maar dat is snel vergeten dankzij het fenomenale uitzicht en de goede ligging. Ook de rieten stoelen met kussentjes aan 1 van de eettafels binnen waren nogal versleten, maar vaak hebben we die niet gebruikt omdat er meer dan genoeg eet-gelegenheid is in de omtrek. Misschien hebben we door deze kleine details kunnen genieten van een mooie promotie-korting. Het zwembad ging dit jaar uitzonderlijk laat open wegens onderhoud, maar het is zeker een pluspunt als oase van rust. Voor de keukenamateurs zou een extra bakpan handig zijn, maar voor de rest was alles overvloedig aanwezig! Aanrader!

Gorgeous apartment that was well laid out and spacious for 5 of us. Beach was quiet and nice but the nudists did dominate The pool was lovely and family friendly with plenty of space Check in was easy and they were so accommodating after we got lost. Sea views are amazing

Nela and her team were professional, communicative , helpful at all times. The welcome pack was extremely appreciated after a day of travelling. The apartment was well situated with a good balcony for watching the sea and hearing the waves/ sitting out in the afternoons . We slept well in very comfortable beds , storage was excellent in both bedrooms and air conditioning was a welcomed relief from the heat outside. The environment was peaceful and the pool was a good size for the people using the complex when we stayed. The indoor pool / sauna etc was out of use when we stayed but we didn’t miss it . The kitchen had everything we needed to feel at home. Everything was brand new. Living area was slightly smaller than the pictures but still enough room for a family of four -We took the smaller room / double bed whilst our girls had slept in the king sized bedroom with en-suite. Note that the beach is a naturist one and the bar’s sunloungers charge a daily rate of 30 euros each .

Hallo Karen, Dankjewel, we hebben met ons gezin genoten in jullie fantastische mooie ingerichte appartement. Wat een geweldig uitzicht! Vanuit het appartement kun je makkelijk omliggende steden of dorpjes bezoeken. Zo leuk! zoals Malaga, Muijas dorpje, Marbella old town Fungerola, Gewoon doen, echt een beleving…. Lovely penthouse with amazing terrace. We also appreciated the comfortable bed the silence at night. Best of all were Shauna and Susan. We particularly valued the personal welcome. To top it all, they provided us with torch, water and powerbank when power was 6 hours down.

Thomas’ place was amazing. The outdoor space is incredible and the view spectacular. The apartment is in a perfect location, less than 5 min walk into Puerto Banus, but in a quiet and serene location. We loved the access to the beach promenade. The apartment is super comfortable and clean. The kitchen is stocked with everything you may need. Can’t wait to come back!

Es war traumhaft schön. Man hat sich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt in den detailverliebt eingerichteten Studio. Sofort positiv aufgefallen ist mir der wunderbare Geruch, wenn man das Apartment betritt. Selbst die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche haben fantastisch gerochen. Es war sehr sauber. Noemi hat uns sofort herzlich empfangen, als würde man sich schon ewig kennen. Wir hatten frisches Brot, Margarine, Marmelade und frisches Wasser bereitgestellt bekommen. Der Ausblick ist einzigartig. Und es ist alles genauso wie auf dem Fotos. Wir würden jedem empfehlen dort seinen Aufenthalt zu buchen.

What an amazing place to stay!! Our family had a fantastic week and our host Mariano couldn’t have been more helpful, would recommend to anyone. Also The Sheriff restaurant, a five minute walk along the beach, does excellent food at a very good price.

Thank you for a lovely stay at your stunning apartment. Beautiful setting right next to the beach. Good choice of restaurants and local shops that stocked everything you’d need. Jaime the porter greeted us at the apartment and went through everything with us. We also had his number he was easily contactable and often seen around the complex. The apartment was well stocked with toiletries , cleaning products, condiments, tea, coffee and other kitchen essentials. All in all a brilliant Airbnb. Thank you 🤩

Amazing views! We loved sitting on the balcony watching both the sunrise and the sunset! Clean, spacious and in a lively location with bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Excellent communication with our host, Henry and with Janina to check in. Lots of helpful hints on where to eat. Right on the water at the marina, so always lots of things to watch. Wonderful spot!

Beautiful apartment, exactly as described. We have stayed here for 4 weeks and didn’t want to go home. The property has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is a desk in the 3rd bedroom which was perfect for working from home. The sea view takes your breath away as soon as you come in. You will need a car to get around. There are few good restaurants under 20mins walk but you are not spoiled for choice. The beach at the front is not great for swimming but the 3 pools totally compensate for that. It was not an issue for us. The whole complex is very well maintained and secure. We would love to come back again.

Just one word for everything: PERFECT. The host was extremely responsive and friendly. And the apartment is just like on the pictures, small paradise right at at the beach. We had a small garden and we had privacy in it, with our own small door. The apartment is in one complex, and several small gardens is in the row, but with green fence, every one has its own privacy. And there is one common garden green area, with nice palm trees etc. Then you have one common door and you are right at the beach, which we did not find crowded at all. Showers on the beach. There is a nice restaurant to eat and drink something on the beach (about 100m). There are private parking places in the complex, opened comfortably with remote control. The complex is very well maintained I have to say. LIDL is about 1-2 minutes drive, other supermarkets and many nice restaurants in the range of 3-4 minutes drive. We will come back.

This place and host were amazing. The house was clean, modern and beautiful. Short walk to the beach. Views from the terrace and atmosphere on the terrace was fantastic! Spent 90% of the time on the terrace. Aurora is the best. We will be back!!

We had such an excellent stay. Three of us had booked this apartment to attend a wedding and it couldn't have been better. The apartment itself is spacious and beautifully decorated with modern furnishings whilst maintaining an authentic feel. It was spotlessly clean. The location couldn't have been better. Situated in the heart of the beautiful Old Town, the shops, restaurants and Church are on the doorstep. Clear instructions were given prior to arrival which helped a great deal in terms of finding and accessing the building. We were greeted personally, handed the key and shown the apartment. Communication was great too, before, during and post stay. The rooftop terrace was an ideal spot to relax, super comfortable and well appointed. Can't recommend this place enough so thank you to James, Natascha and Amelia for a brilliant experience! We hope to be back soon!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Olivier à Estepona. L’appartement ainsi que les zones communes étaient très agréable et dans un environnement magnifique. Je le recommande vivement et je me réjouis d’y séjourner à nouveau dans l’avenir.

Brilliant stay. Apartment was exactly as described. Location was quiet but exactly what we wanted. All amenities were walkable within 30mins. Some great restaurants and bars at the marina. Peter was extremely helpful and easily contactable. He also supplied us with recommendations for places to visit etc. All in all we had a fantastic 4 weeks which was helped by the great weather.
