Beautiful home. Very clean and well stocked kitchen for cooking when eating in. We enjoyed the variety of board games, movies, ping pong and several rounds of Mario Kart on the Wii. This is the kind of place you can tell the hosts stay in often and truly cares for. It really feels like home. Great location, easy access to beach and restaurants. I hope to stay again.

Clean, modern, newer home. Very convenient to the 1 line for short ride to downtown - only $3.00 one way. Great communication. Easy entry with free street parking. Everything you need for your stay. Certainly would recommend to any couple looking for a reasonably priced home close to downtown.

Erin and Shawn do a great job of communicating information about their property, it’s amenities, and the local attractions nearby. The property was exactly as described and the photos are accurate. It was unseasonably warm during our visit, so the 2nd floor was a tad warmer than usual but the fans they provided kept us cool during the night when the temps dropped. They were also helpful and responsive when I asked for advice. Overall, I appreciated their detailed overview of the space, including check in and check out procedures and parking…it helped eliminate any anxiety around unknowns. The location can’t be beat in Capitol Hill - lots of awesome restaurants and bars are nearby. The view of the city/Space Needle from the rooftop is awesome!

i've never used airbnb before this and Tri made it really easy for me. only stayed one night in seattle but it was the perfect spot for my friends and i. perfect for a group of 3 and we had plenty of space for our stuff. super simple process would definitely recommend it.

This is our second time staying and we will always look to rent this condo when we are in town. Ken is super responsive. The condo is very nice. Comfortable, clean, well stocked, great location and accessible.

We had an great experience at Cathy’s place! Everything was exactly as described. The space was spotless, and comfortable. The bed was cozy and very clean. Also, Cathy made sure to include little thoughtful touches (a welcome basket with coffee and local chocolate and wine). Communication with Cathy was seamless. She was friendly and responsive. She made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Lovely close views of the Space needle, downtown Seattle, Mt Rainier, and the water, from your own private rooftop deck? What is not to love. We were blown away. Catherine and Daniel's home was private, updated, clean, beds were super comfortable, and home was spacious. Entrance to the home is lined with beautiful flowers and equally beautiful view of the water. I was a little concerned with the four floors and a crawling baby but we made it work easily. Hosts responded and were proactive with any question. We had a plumbing issue upon arrival and they showed up while we were at dinner to fix. We loved coming back home to this space and enjoyed the 3rd and 4th floors (kitchen, living, rooftop) the most. The first floor, two bedrooms, was a little out of the way so we just put the kids there to sleep and didn't spend much time there at all.

The place was perfect for adult children and adults- We had a blended family. Lots of space and ability to be independent. We loved the windows and openness. It was very convenient to get to UW Good environment to cook relax and enjoy time together

This place has a beautiful backyard! And the place itself is really nice with a peaceful neighborhood. I love that they provide 2 bikes that we were able to use on a bike path that this reservoir has.

You can’t beat the location and Malia’s place is our go-to. We’ve been here multiple times and Malia is the best host and very accommodating with our pups.

Melissa was a fantastic host! The location was absolutely beautiful, nestled right by the lake. We loved having the chance to kayak and take in the peaceful surroundings. One of the best parts was how conveniently located the house was—perfectly situated between Seattle and Olympic National Park, which made it easy for us to explore both during our stay. It was the perfect getaway!

I had a wonderful stay with Courtney! The place was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, just 25 minutes from downtown Seattle. I especially enjoyed the morning breeze and the peaceful 10-minute walk to the beach. It was a great experience overall, and I would definitely love to revisit!

Honestly, such an amazing stay here. I book for the night of my wedding, and I'm glad I did so. We walked into to a tastefully decorated home, that was put together just for our special night. Thank you so much for your hospitality. if you're looking for a place in this area, this should be at the top of your list.

Nick was very communicative and responsive. We had a great 4 night stay. The location is excellent and the space had everything we needed. Grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants are a very short walk away. We did not park a car but whenever we called an uber they were always close by. Very clean place and convenient. Nick was friendly. All around a terrific place!

My stay at Ron & Nikki's property far exceeded my expectations. It was a beautiful home that was nicely decorated and even had a customized welcome message on the scrabble board. There were plenty of amenities that I did not expect that I found quite convenient, in case I forgot something or needed a light snack. Ron & Nikki created a home away from home, and were willing to be flexible and accommodating as well.

Such a beautiful and comfortable home! We loved easy access to the beach, great local recommendations, and all the little things that make a stay extra easy: beach chairs and toys, dishwasher pods, q-tips, tv app access, and so many other amnenities!

This place was absolutely perfect and I hope to stay here every time I visit my brother in Seattle. The rooftop patio was such a bonus, my cousins and I loved spending time up there enjoying the views and weather. Karl was super responsive and proactive with information, everything was clear and easy. The bonus is the rooms and bathrooms are large and also there is a desk in the middle floor bedroom, which really came in handy to get some work done while we were there.

Definitely located in a prime location. Jessica’s place was very orderly and detailed with the Seattle theme. See for yourself. She had blow dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, detergent pods, fabric sheets, and extra ponchos and umbrellas. The beds were very comfortable. Within walking distance there is a coffee shop, restaurants, and a local grocery store. Might I add that Rock Creek Restaurant had the best food I’ve ever eaten in my life (culinary art). I’m very pleased I stayed here.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect! Very comfortable for our party of seven! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, including Pike Market. Beautiful neighborhood with lots of restaurants. Would definitely love to stay here again when visiting the area!

The apartment is in a great, quiet area a few minutes walk from the Museum of Pop & the Space Needle area. The apartment was as advertised - clean and comfortable. The rooftop patio was amazing and luckily we used it most nights because of the fantastic weather. There are multiple great cafes right on the block and a grocery store a block away. It didn't bother us but if you have problems with steps, this place honestly isn't for you. Street parking was pretty easy but there was one day (memorial day) that I had to park a bit further away. Liz was a communicative host and everything was smooth. Overall a good experience.

What a stunning house in the trees. Our family of 4 felt right at home here, and Chelsie was very responsive throughout our stay. The house was incredibly clean yet still felt like a home. the amenities were great, the kitchen was easy to use, and the neighborhood is unreal. We felt right at home!

Well furnished & decorated home in central location within short distance to the sights and neighborhoods we wanted to see. Appreciated how comfortable the beds were and enjoyed the rooftop patio for the views. Responsive host and attentive to our needs. Just know that the upstairs bedrooms are cooled by one wall unit air-conditioner in the primary. The guest room was rather warm though they are fans in there.
