The townhouse is located in the lower Queen Anne area, walking distance to a plethora of Seattle's most popular destinations. From tourist attractions to waterfront parks, local shops, bars, and cafes, there is a lot to explore on foot. This townhouse home is near expressway I-99, which is very convenient if you have a car. If not, public transportation is also easily accessible from this home. Of course, Uber and Lyft drivers are also abundant throughout Seattle. Public transportation and Zip Cars are a couple of blocks away. At home entertainment with Sling TV, Netflix and Amazon TV. Ultrafast wifi! There is one designated, compact parking space that will fit a compact or midsize car. If you have a larger car or have difficulties with parking in narrow spaces, we advise that you park on the street which is free.
