Total privacy, no one has a view of the inside of the house, a dead-end street with no traffic, only the sound of birds. The house is in the downtown neighborhood, but obviously with its profile not on the central avenue where there are only buildings, but by car it is not even 2 minutes. It is possible to walk, but there is a stretch of slope on the access street and the house has stairs.

At this point, the river makes a great swimming hole with a good amount of sand on the bank, ideal for young children.
