I loved my two nights here in South Bend. Babina’s place is ideal if you’re going to a show at the nearby theatre and she was very helpful and communicated well. Her house was spotless and the bed was comfortable. I’ll request to stay here if I return to South Bend.

We actually didn’t get to stay due to a family emergency, but the host was very understanding and supportive. I would recommend staying there even without seeing the place lol The instructions to get into the space were great and I can tell there would have been zero issues.

Absolutely loved this place! It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable—the bed and linens felt luxurious. The location and price were perfect. My only minor disappointment was that the coffee pot was located in the lobby, so I couldn’t enjoy a quiet cup first thing in the morning without having to get fully ready. Still, a fantastic stay overall!

Perfect for families with kids- they had sooo many indoor and outdoor toys for the kids which was super helpful. The house was spacious, with plenty of space/room for the kids to run around and play. We also rented their boat during our stay, which made for a relaxing time on the water. Our host was friendly and responsive, which made everything even easier. Highly recommend—would definitely come back!

My family and I love this place and have stayed here twice when visiting Kalamazoo for family functions where we can't all fit at grandma's house. The game room was nice for our teenage nieces/nephews, and ample seating outside as well. The beds are comfy (high priority on my list); kitchen is well supplied for cooking, etc. Bonus: toilet downstairs for those sleeping in the basement. Really a great place to stay and Sheena is a delightful, responsive host.
