Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Castelletto, Genoa

Nice stay, we were met well, on arrival, it's a nice homely flat and were given a full tour with advice on what to see. Top tip if you walk from the station, you can get the funicular up the steep hill for 2 euro and enter from the top of the building instead. good location, close to the old city, if you go up their is a bakery and pizza restaurant. would have loved to stay longer

Het appartement van Silvia is een oase van rust in een chaotische haven. Van al de bezigheden beneden hoor je in het appartement niets als de ramen zijn gesloten en ik heb dan ook heerlijk geslapen in een slaapkamer die doet denken aan een balzaal in een paleis. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien; vaatwasser, wasmachine, koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker etc, ligbad, douche, airconditioning, verwarming. Silvia is een hele hartelijke vrouw en heeft mij bij aankomst heel lief ontvangen en op de dag van vertrek kon ik zelfs wat langer blijven. Communicatie met haar ging perfect! Het appartement ligt op 10 min. lopen van de veerboot naar Camogli/5 terre en de metro, en tegenover een hopon hopoff bushalte. Ik kan dit appartement bij een bezoek aan Genua van harte aanbevelen!

Andreas Wohnung war perfekt für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt in Genua! Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten die richtige Haustür zu finden (Fotos hätten uns geholfen, da wir mit der Nummerierung der Häuser nicht klargekommen sind und die Airbnb App das Haus auf der Karte falsch markiert hatte...) haben wir uns dann in der Wohnung dank der tollen und eleganten Ausstattung und der leisen Klimaanlage sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten die Stadt von dort aus super erkunden. Die Gastgeberin hat uns auch gut geholfen und war jederzeit erreichbar! Die Wohnung liegt außerhalb der ZTL und man kann mit Parkschein von 8-20 Uhr parken. Die Nachbarschaft bietet außerdem Möglichkeiten für einen Aperitivo :) Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen, wenn wir nochmal in Genua sind! :)

Amazing flat, full of personality and furnished with great taste, attention to detail and with a great use of space. The terrace gives a glorious view of the port and the bay. The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped, so the bathroom. There is a big washing machine and dishwasher. The fridge is huge. The beds were comfortable. 2 TV sets and powerful WiFi . The flat was clean and very well maintained. It is on the upper floor of an old building with no lift so I would not recommend the place to people with mobility issues. However as I said the view from the roof terrace more than justifies the physical effort. The self check in process is super easy and the owner is easily reachable and kind. The position in front of the renovated old port is ideal to move around the city centre and to reach the Aquarium and other local amenities. A metro station is at 5 min on foot, the main train station ( Principe) at 15 min walking distance. A great and very pleasurable stay.

Appartamento molto accogliente, curato e pulitissimo. Cucina attrezzata, spazio e tanta luce. Letti e cuscini molto comodi e puliti. Ottima climatizzazione. Silenzioso con vista sui tetti della città. Luigi è stato molto disponibile, chiaro e ci ha dato ottimi consigli per mangiare bene!

Beautiful apartment, exactly as described, providing everything required for overnight (or longer) stays. We were given a welcome pack detailing information regarding location, attractions, shopping, eating etc. Easy walking distance from the train station (with the assistance of the Balbi-Dogali elevator, which you’ll need coins for the ticket machine). I would suggest sturdy wheels are needed on heavier luggage bags, as the paved street to the accommodation is very rough! I would definitely stay here again ☺️

Super logement, rien à dire Tout était parfait, je conseille fortement

Erika est très sympathique et fait son maximum pour nous satisfaire: logement très propre et joliment décoré, fonctionnel avec tout le nécessaire, plein de victuailles et de petites attentions, des recommandations concernant tout ce qu'il est possible de faire à Gênes et dans les environs, reste hyper disponible selon nos besoins, etc... Très agréable de revenir dans cet environnement calme et verdoyant après avoir été en ville. Nous nous sommes déplacés en bus et en métro en laissant la voiture à la place qui lui est réservée, c'était très facile. En quittant le logement, nous nous sommes aventurés sur les collines en prenant une route indiquée par Erika en face du restaurant à proximité, la vue sur les collines verdoyantes, Gênes et la mer est superbe.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maisonnette de pierre située dans un endroit calme et paisible. Stefano est un super hôte proactif et de bon conseils !

Amazing stay! Lothar is the most hospitable host we've ever met and the place is absolutely breathtaking, especially the view. We definitely recommend staying at this villa if you want to connect with nature in a quiet and friendly atmosphere with stunning views. Thanks a lot!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect stay for a couple of days, very quiet and a clean and slightly quirky apartment. It’s worth noting that the stairs to the bedroom really are steep; we came down backwards and couldn’t get our bags up the stairs. Having said that the room was lovely and airy. We enjoyed the walk down into Camolgli but it is a bit of a hike back up.! Loved the bonus of the local open air swimming pool and super friendly staff.

We loved our stay and Daniela was a great host. The location is beautiful and the views are amazing - but just be prepared that the walk into town is very steep and the path a little overgrown - not so easy after dark or with shopping! For us through, it was more than worth it for the views. The villa was lovely, very traditional Italian style and had everything we needed. The pool was a big hit and not very easy to find in this area so we and the kids loved it. We felt very at home. One thing to note is that the rubbish disposal is a little difficult and we had to dispose of all of our rubbish ourselves, which we didn't realise - the bins are located at the bottom of a very steep hill and road so if you don't have a car, it isn't easy. Other than that, we loved our stay and will hopefully return!

Maria e Suo marito sono due persone Fantastiche! Disponibili e puntuali. Il bellissimo appartamento dal vivo è ancora più bello! Immerso nel paesino stupendo dove ci sono persone accoglienti e gentili! Sopratutto la zia di Maria che gestisce il bar vicino casa! Per arrivare al centro di Genova in circa 20 minuti percorrendo una strada bellissima immersa nel verde! Casa ha ogni confort, materassi confortevoli lenzuola ricamate e profumatissime. Abbiamo mangiato nello spazio esterno con la cucina fornita al 100%! Non abbiamo avuto problemi di parcheggio e il wifi molto veloce! Sono stato con i miei due figli, loro si sono divertiti molto. Insomma veramente una esperienza unica! Anche il riscaldamento dopo averlo acceso, in pochi minuti la casa era caldissima! Finestre molto grandi per ammirare il panorama, casa luminosissima! Arredata veramente bene con piccole accortezze che la rendono piacevole! Consiglio vivamente, sono certo che passerete giorni indimenticabili come i nostri!

Carlo ist ein perfekter Gastgeber. Da wir viel Gepäck hatten und die kleinen Gassen außer für sehr kleine PKWs (Smart z.B) oder Vespas geeignet sind, hat Carlo uns mit dem Gepäck geholfen. Das Haus liegt relativ hoch, wodurch man eine tolle Aussicht auf Genua und das Meer hat. Man sollte schon gut zu Fuß sein wenn man sich dieses kleine Juwel mietet, aber uns hat es super gut gefallen. Per Bus (knapp 5 Min zu Fuß entfernt) ist die Stadt sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir haben das Auto die ganze Woche über an der Hauptstraße stehen gelassen. Carlo hat uns auch sehr viele Tipps und Informationen zu Ausflügen, Bus, Einkaufszentren,… gegeben. Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Geschmack im Vintage-Stil eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit allem Möglichen ausgestattet und sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Der Garten hat verschiedene Ebenen, auf der obersten Ebene hat man einen wundervolle Aussicht. Abends konnten wir hunderte von Leuchtkäfern beobachten. Die zutrauliche Katze und Schildkröte waren sehr süß. Danke C

Our family had a lovely time staying at the villa. It was a tiny bit tricky finding the gate but once we were in, and had our kids carry the bags up to the villa, it was the perfect respite for our family. Great views, easy walking to town, away from the bus and crowds. An oasis … with great AC and a washing machine and dryer! Fiona and the groundskeeper Danuska were immediately responsive to our questions.

The apartment was great and just like described. I had a great stay and there was good communication. Just on a side note, the location is great for visiting but as a solo female traveler I didn’t feel super safe going in the building. Nothing happened but I wasn’t always comfortable. Besides that it was really perfect.

Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo weekend,grazie alla gentilezza e disponibilità di Pietro e la moglie,che ti accolgono come a casa loro!!!! La casa è bellissima come nelle foto, molto accogliente e dispone di ogni confort per un’ottimo soggiorno, e in più è pulitissima!!!!! La zona è molto centrale e tranquilla,è con pochi passi si raggiunge ogni attrazione della città!

Uma otima estadia, muito limpo o apartamento, tem todos os utensílios que e deve ter uma casa! Facil acesso ao centro de Genova. Muito aconchegante e acolhedor o apartamento Gostei bastante

My family and I spent 3 days at Silvia's place. It was centrally located and very spacious. She was very easy to communicate with and I appreciated the electronic guide she sent with her favorite local restaurants, beaches, and attractions around Genova. If you are looking for a nice apartment close to the port, look no further! You won't be disappointed.

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in der Unterkunft! Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich und genauso wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Lage war super. Es ruhig, aber dennoch zentral. Der Check-in lief reibungslos, und der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit bei Fragen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Tutto perfetto! L’alloggio era pulito, accogliente e conforme alla descrizione. Ottima comunicazione con l’host, check-in semplice e posizione comoda. Esperienza super consigliata!

Toller Gastgeber, tolle Gegend, Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Es gabs Kleinigkeiten zu essen. Espresso kann man sich auch machen. Das Bad war wie frisch gebaut, ohne Macken, ohne Schimmel, alles hat geglänzt. Shampoo und Dushgel waren auch vorhanden, sowie frisch gewaschene Handtücher.
