Live like a local!!! ❤️ This Spanish home is in Castellon's city centre, there’s cafes, tapas bars pubs & shops in the vicinity. A 10min walk will take you to the bus for the beach, only a 15min drive from the flat. My friend Merche will do the check in and I will be avaliable for recommendations & queries. We will give you all the tips to live, eat & drink like a local! The house has been partly refurbished, new wiring,bathroom, cooker, aircon and heating system, and bedroom furniture.

Valterra - Rural Accommodation

Valterra Spacious, open, very bright, Loft style with wooden floors and ceilings and stone walls, with dining room, living room, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom with whirlpool tub (Jacuzzi) at the foot of the bed and toilet, etc. It is exclusively for you. The common areas with the terraces, viewpoint, barbecue and swimming pool are shared with the rest of the accommodations, but they are quite intimate rooms which always have few people because that is how it is designed.

The Desierto de Las Palmas and the Maestrazgo offer the possibility to enjoy the mountains in just under half hour´s drive. Valencia and Peñíscola are also less than 1 hour, and Castellón and Villarreal are both 15 minutes. You will enjoy a very cozy home. Ideal for couples with or without children, groups of up to 3 or 4 friends, all welcome.

The house is built on stone arches, with capacity to accommodate up to 7 people. It is the ideal place to disconnect and practice hiking, running or cycling, all in the middle of nature. We accept pets with an additional charge of 45€ per pet.

It is a cottage that my grandmother Matilde wanted to start and that now with much affection and enthusiasm I have resumed. My goal is to consume local products in the highest possible percentage, leaving the minimum ecological footprint. That's why our products (from soaps to food) meet these characteristics for the most part. Enjoy our reading nook, mountain view, and love that we're slowly transforming this place.
