Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Castiadas

We had a wonderful 9-day stay! The accommodation was very clean, modern and well equipped - we lacked nothing. The location is quiet and beautiful and communication with the host was friendly and straightforward at all times. We especially liked the loving details in the furnishings and the cozy atmosphere as well as the beautiful view of the sea. We felt completely comfortable and would come back any time. Absolutely recommended!

We spent 4 days in the quiet oasis of Carla. After turbulent days in touristy areas, your accommodation is the perfect retreat to unwind and relax. The surroundings are particularly impressive with their fantastic beaches, but if you are looking for chic restaurants, pedestrian zones for strolling and bars, you are in the wrong place. We enjoyed shopping at the local supermarket (well equipped although it is really small) and being able to use fresh Italian food for cooking. The garden invites you to linger, read and enjoy. Everything is very well maintained, Carla even brought us fresh, self-picked berries and homemade cakes.

Absolutely recommended and exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything you need is available in the accommodation and everything works. Above all, very neat and clean. The small, well-kept garden with the outdoor shower and barbecue area was very popular with our children and is privately separated by the flowering, high hedge. There are restaurants and shops nearby (e.g. Isa Nona). The diverse, beautiful beaches can be reached in a variety of about 10 minutes by car. Two cars can be parked next to the house. Communication with the owners/agents, both in person and on the phone, is exemplary and very pleasant. We were a group of 3 adults and 5 children and we would all like to stay in this accommodation again. Thank you Stefano & family for your hospitality and everything else.

Great Location directly at the beach, which is beautiful and not crowded. The house looks exactly like on the pictures. Our Kids loved the terrace with the watertap, they played for hours so that we could enjoy the view. The beds are really comfortable, and with the sound of the waves we slept better than at home.

We spent a week with our young family and had the best week. The villa and pool is beautiful with incredible views but also perfectly safe for small children. We would return.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house in Sardinia. There were four of us and we didn't miss anything. The house was very clean, cozy and the location close to the beach was just perfect. Enrico was very friendly and always helpful. We would come back anytime and can only recommend the place!

We have a lovely 4 night stay at Wisteria House. The house, garden and location is exactly as described. Victoria and Vanessa were excellent at suggesting local events, beaches and amenities. We loved sitting in the garden in the evening with a glass of wine. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The hosts are very lovely. The accommodation is wonderfully located above the bay. The bedrooms are very quiet and located at the back. The last 200 m to the accommodation is a bumpy road. You also have to be careful with some navigation systems (Waze), as the road is not displayed correctly. We felt very comfortable and highly recommend this accommodation.

Great Host, Great Location. spacious top floor with a view. coffee and pastries right next door. dinner/ food/shopping options plentiful with 2 min of front door. our host was there to greet us with recommendations and instructions. AC & Wifi worked great as well. highly recommended! my children loced the decor. Alessandro is quite the Artist as well. thx again

Really lovely Airbnb. Clear instructions of getting in and the place was spotless. Walkable distance to the city centre and a lovely view of the coastline from the rooftop.

Great place, wonderful terrace with a beautiful view, spacious, comfortable, sensational neighborhood, comfortable bed, everything you need is in the apartment, everything is close. In the center of the city, many attractions in the area. We loved it!

Our stay at Guisi's and Sergio's Appartement was nothing but great. The place was super clean, had everything we needed (kitchen tools, cutlery, beach equipment, etc.) and was in walking distance to the beach, a supermarket and a variety of restaurants and bars. But, hands down the best thing about our stay were the two hosts who were probably the nicest and most-welcoming I have met on AirBnB so far. Guisi and Sergio were extremely quick to respond to questions and had so many tips and recommendations. This made our vacation amazing and my kids insist on going back to Costa Rei as soon as possible! I said it a couple of times already, but thank you very much once again, Guisi and Sergio!

This beautiful apartment is situated in the most attractiv area of Cagliari. No traffic, very quite and just 5 walking minutes away from the old center of Cagliari with many restaurants and bars.... We enjoyed very much our staying there and we would recommand it - you will fall in love with the view from the terrace.....

The accommodation fully met our expectations. We always cooked ourselves, because the restaurants were completely overpriced. In addition, we were able to enjoy the wonderful sunset at dinner. Simonetta has contacted us several times and asked. We can recommend this accommodation.

We loved this spot! The jacuzzi overlooking the city was amazing. The place was in a great location. The kitchen was lovely to cook in. We stayed here for a week and made it our home. The rooms get dark and cold which make for great sleeping. The area is quiet, the balcony you can see the ocean from, and it was a 10/10 spot to stay. The hosts are very responsive too! If you have any questions, they write you back almost immediately. Great place to stay, highly recommend it!

We stayed at Maurizio's house for 1 week and felt very safe. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything a small family needs. Our daughter liked the cats very much. In addition, the area around the house is very exciting and fun to explore. Some children live here, so there is a lot to play with. All the people we met were very, very nice. With Feraxi, we have discovered a great family beach for ourselves. If you want to have an authentic holiday away from the tourist accommodation, you are in the right place. Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

Very spacious, extremely comfortable spaces. Easy living in penthouse with wrap around verandah, all sides. Great location, close to old town, Belvedere lookout, marina, etc… nice and easy. Fantastic hosts 🙏, kitchen with everything you need; I highly recommend! Cheers

Excellent stay; the place is fabulous with this direct access to the sea and the rocks that meant there was no one there while the surrounding beaches were very crowded. The terrace is extra and the apartment is very equipped with all the appliances and a lot of details and attentions and all the basic products are there. Kayaks and other masks, fins, beach games; deckchairs etc. were also very popular! Orazio was extremely friendly even before our arrival and even agreed to receive large packages for us that arrived a week before our stay. He also gave us recommendations for places to visit or events. In short, it was perfect and we hope to return one day.

Jennifer always responded very quickly to requests. The place was a dream to be in. I would like to emphasize that it was very clean and it always smelled great. On the roof terrace you can certainly spend a beautiful evening, unfortunately we did not have the time to do so. I can clearly recommend Jennifer's accommodation.
