If you prefer the beach, then Sand Spit beach is just a 2-minute water ferry ride across the bay The apartments are set around the central square which is the heart of the marina village with an attractive cafe/restaurant called Hurricane Hole

It is the perfect place to relax, be active or use as a base to explore beautiful St Lucia. As a guest of the Zoetry resort you have access to the many complimentary activities on offer at the resort. Also included in the rental price is free wifi, a daily maid service and access to the pools and gym.

We live in a peaceful modern suburban neighborhood with friendly neighbors, pretty flowers and beautiful homes. You will be delighted by the sight and sound of birds and green vegetation. The property is a concrete structure with beautiful wooden floors made of local mahogany and blue mahoe with a view of the Caribbean Sea. It Is located 10 mins from the City and 30 mins from the main entertainment area. We are very hospital and look forward to helping you have a fantastic stay.

This hidden gem is located in popular Marigot Bay, Saint Lucia within Zoetry Resort. Three bedrooms consisting of the main level master suite with king bed, and 2 lower level bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with 2 twin beds. Each suite features its' own full bath. Full kitchen with dining area on main level, walk out balcony, upstairs and downstairs with bay and garden views. Four restaurants and bars onsite with additional dining in the bay and Marina Village.

Ti Kas is all wood, with one bedroom, a double bed, complete kitchen, saloon with smart TV with WIFI connection & sofa. One toilet inside & bath on the balcony. From the guest balcony there's a wonderful view of the ocean & neighboring Martinique.
