This older family home is located in Semora on our family's farm. The home is very secluded and private on a beautiful road. VIR (Virginia International Raceway) is only a 12 minute drive away. Hyco Lake is an 11 minute drive. This makes us perfectly situated between two popular vacation spots. We are about 12 minutes from Milton and 20 minutes from Yanceyville and Roxboro where you can find shopping and restaurants. **Please note this is a very rural home. We do not do long term renters.

Welcome to the Rabbit Hole at Hyco Lake! Our home offers beautiful 180 degree water views and is situated at the crest of the Bunny Rabbit peninsula. With a unique and cozy floor plan we hope you feel right at home the moment you walk through the front door. Guests will have full access to the lake along with 2 kayaks, 1 SUP, a rubber dockie and several floats to relax and unwind. In addition: a covered cornhole patio, indoor shuffleboard table, Wii, Smart TV's and plenty of board games.

This two bedroom, one bath scenic cottage sits on approximately 250 feet of waterfront where you have a lake view from the huge screen porch. An open floor plan with fully furnished kitchen, beds, and full bath will make this an exceptional getaway. Nestled deep in the forest, the dock is accessible by a path that is steep in places or staircase plus steep timber steps with no handrail. Water depth at dock is shallow.

The interior space features a warm wooden ceiling and a large Smart TV mounted on the wall. A glass sliding door offers views of the lush greenery outside and the lake beyond, leading to a deck with outdoor seating.

This is a quiet secluded Hyco Lake cottage located on the south end of the lake without a lot of boat traffic. It's a one bedroom, one bath cottage that opens to a front deck overlooking the lake. You may also use the screened-in porch and lower concrete patio of the main house during your stay. Due to the water being shallower on this end of the lake only fishing boats are allowed at the dock. We have two kayaks with paddles and life jackets available for your use.
