Right in the center of Barcelona, next to Plaza Urquinaona, this apartment is perfect for those looking for a comfortable and functional place in the city. Both quiet and close to the main tourist areas. A few steps from Las Ramblas, Plaza Cataluña and Paseo de Gracias. An ideal location to visit the historic center, and the trendy commercial areas by foot. Perfectly connected by metro and bus. Right in a commercial area, this apartment offers a perfect combination for those who want to stay close to the main tourist, business and spare time attractions, but in a quiet and safe place. To the south of l'Eixample, it borders the Borne and Gothic neighborhoods, making it a strategic spot to start the best city tours. Located in a newly built farm, we enter the apartment through a long corridor that ends up in the main living room. There is a living room with a comfortable sofa that can be turned into a double bed, a big windows and a TV. This space, without any physical division, turns into a dining room when you turn right, since it is built into a practical and functional fully equipped kitchen-office. It has a double bedroom and a double bed. It is spacious and has two wardrobes. A spacious and fully equipped bathroom, made of noble marble, completes you stay. The southern part of the neighborhood is called Ensanche (l'Eixample). At 50 meters from Plaza Urquinaona, and at 200 meters from Plaza Cataluña it offers one the most central locations we can find in the city. Multiples stores of all kinds, trendy restaurants and bars, as well as the main commercial areas will make its visitors only regret not having enough time to get to know everything this place has to offer. If we walk towards the sea, we can choose the path to the right, with the most emblematic buildings such as the Cathedral, museums and unavoidable markets, their entangled streets that are an invitation to indulge into their never ending attractions. On the contrary, if we choose the path to the left, we will go through the bohemian neighborhood of Borne, Santa María del Mar and their incredible stores, their streets and buildings that offer the person passing by a pleasant surprise when discovering every corner in it. If we go towards the north, we will immediately reach the elegant Paseo de Gracia and Rambla de Cataluña, so we can go through stately Barcelona to finally reach the Avenida Diagonal. Vintage Concept Flat in Chic Neighbourhood

Newly renovated industrial vintage apartment ideally located in the Eixample Derecha district also known as the "Golden Triangle" of Barcelona, on a 5 min’ walking distance from Passeig de Gracia and Sagrada Famila with fancy bars, restaurants & shops. Decorated with original vintage furniture and pieces of art. The apartment has been recently renovated (April 2014) and we were keen in maintaining all the original details of 1930 like the high brick vaulted ceilings and typical Barcelona tile floors. We decorated it putting all our love and dedication into it. The apartment has original vintage furniture from all over Europe (mainly from the late fifties) and art pieces from local and international artists. The neighborhood has plenty of " chic" or more local restaurants, fancy bars and grocery stores. The location is a must as it is 5 min walk from the famous Gaudi House "La Pedrera (Casa Mila)" and Passeig the Gracia with all its luxury stores. The Sagrada Familia is 4 blocks away and can be easily reached by foot. The apartment has been used by several production houses to shoot commercials. The apartment has a touristic license which is mandatory in Catalonia (H UTB 008138). Hallway (5M2) A large living and dining room (35 M2); A large double bedroom (20 M2); One bathroom (13 M2). This cosy and relaxed neighbourhood is filled with covered markets, grocery shops, restaurants, and bars. The nearest Metro is Verdaguer (yellow line) at the end of the street (2 min walk) and brings you directly to all the interesting places e.g old town, beach ... The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the utensils you may need to cook. It has also a build in extra large washing machine. The apartment has a Nespresso coffee machine and a filter coffee machine. Luxury linen and towels are provided including organic bathing products (i.e. moisturizing shampoo, moisturizing shower gel, body lotion, facial cleanser, and soap). Baby chairs and baby beds can be provided upon request. A cleaning and cooking service can be offered during your stay as well as a taxi service to and from the airport. Public parking is available in front of the apartment (outside) and free depending of the area and timing. Private parking (covered with guard and 24 accessible) is available at a special rate of 15 Euros a day.

This gorgeous 90m2, bohemian duplex ONE BED apartment has amazing views over the entire city from the large plant -covered terrace. Walking distance from Las Ramblas. There is a bedroom with Queen sized bed downstairs beside a long balcony and another open-plan living area upstairs beside the terrace. There's a smart Tv, free wifi and washing machine and dryer.
