This 1 bedroom apartment of approximately 33 m², located on the 1st floor without elevator, has been completely renovated with taste and comfort: it feels like home! While in the city center, you will enjoy the calm thanks to its location in an inner courtyard. Public transportation and nearby parking.

Charming small F2, completely renovated! 15 minutes from Place du Martroi and the SNCF train station! Nice and quiet neighborhood! Ideally located for walking distance to everything – close to all shops (Carrefour City 300 m away, open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. except Sundays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.) and free parking in the neighborhood. However, the apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator access and with narrow stairs, which does not facilitate the transport of luggage. But I'm here to help!
