I liked the spacious and independent room structure that was large enough for 4 couples to come. There was also an elevator, so it was easy to move my luggage, and the room was tidy. The soundproofing was a little disappointing, but it's a quiet alley at night, so it's not unreasonable to sleep. I had a good stay.

The apartment is very new, fully furnished, clean. Quick check in. Enthusiastic, friendly hosts. The building's value is easy to find, convenient transportation.

I had my day off here which was nice , the morning of waking up pull out the blinds and getting to enjoy the sun. Convenient area for transportation, with quiet space. Everything was extremely clean and organized. Mint is a great host she supports me a lot. Everything was great so I decided to stay here 1 more night

Cozy and ideal for short staycation

The stay was exactly as pictured, the staff were friendly and checkin was easy. Wifi connection was great and it had a desk so well suited for business travel. Theres also a nice shopping mall within walking distance

Good place, small. Only thing that could be better is more kitchen utensils, but it was nice that they was soy sauce, hot sauce, dishwashing liquid, netflix

The apartment was exactly the same as in the photos. Thoughtfully fitted out to give a homely experience with a nice lake view.

We had a wonderful stay here during our time in Hanoi. The host Van was extremely friendly and helpful, helping us carry our luggage during both check-in and check-out, and doing laundry for us free of charge as well. She really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The apartment is very clean, spacious, and affordable, in a quiet and interesting neighborhood away from the crowds where one can live just like a local. It is about 15 minutes from the old quarter via Grab, but within walking distance of many good restaurants as well as a Lotte shopping mall. Definitely recommended, and hope to stay here again next time in Hanoi.

I stayed at this place for two weeks and really enjoyed my time here. The kitchen is well-equipped, which made it easy to cook for myself. It's conveniently located near the Japanese supermarket Tomibun, where you can find all your daily essentials. The apartment is clean and comfortable, and the host arranges a weekly cleaning service, which is a great bonus. I also appreciated having both a washing machine and a dryer—your clothes come out nearly dry and fresh every time. The rental price is definitely worth it for the quality and service provided. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a high-quality living experience in Hanoi.

It felt just like home:comfortable, clean, and truly wonderful. Hong was always proactive and communicated with kindness, going out of their way to accommodate us. The neighborhood was incredibly safe, and with a lake right in front of the property, evening strolls were delightful. This is definitely a place we’d love to stay at again! I was looking for a place to stay nearby because I was participating in an event in Hanoi, and I found a good value. It was the 43rd floor of a high-rise apartment on the 45th floor, so it had a good view of the lake view. They upgraded it to a room in better condition for free, and it was a neat and very satisfying room. The security was tight and the elevator moved quickly even though it was on a high floor. There was no hair dryer, but when I requested it, they brought it right away within 30 minutes, so I used it without a problem. It was nice that they responded quickly to inquiries. If I visit Hanoi next time, I want to stay again. Thank you
