I liked the spacious and independent room structure that was large enough for 4 couples to come. There was also an elevator, so it was easy to move my luggage, and the room was tidy. The soundproofing was a little disappointing, but it's a quiet alley at night, so it's not unreasonable to sleep. I had a good stay.

A lovely experience. The hosts are friendly and allowed to have early check-in. The cat Olive is so lovely, friendly, and approachable. She actually came out to welcome us after we got to know her. The location is not in the older quarter but it's located on the main road, so you will have no problem grabbing a taxi to the center city or tourism sites for about 3 US dollars. BTW, the place is so quiet. I heard no chaos from the main street. I suppose around the place there is a foreigners' community, mostly Japanese, and you can find many authentic Japanese restaurants, Japanese supermarket, a Korean restaurant and an Indian one. AND one more thing to IELTS test takers: this place is within walking distance (10-15 minutes) to IDP Hanoi computer-based exam venue. Definitely recommend this place. 很美好的体验。主人友好，允许我们早入住。猫咪Olive非常可爱，友好，亲人。熟悉了之后她甚至去门口迎接我们。地点不在老城区，但是在主干道上，所以在主干道上打车去城区或旅游景点很方便，大概20人民币。并且，这里非常安静。听不见主干道上的吵闹声。我猜附近有外国人聚集区，所以有很多地道日料店，日本超市，还有一个韩国餐馆和印度餐馆。并且【雅思考生】注意：这地方离河内IDP电脑考试考场近，仅10-15分钟步行距离。推荐此地！

Thank you for giving me calm 5 days in Hanoi. The owner is quite friendly and thoutfll as she treated me as like her best friends. On top of that, she picked up me kindly despite night arrival like at 9pm. I appreciated her significantly.

It's a great place to stay if you're on a budget. The host is super helpful and responsive.

I stayed here for a month and it was the perfect place to call home while living and working in Hanoi. It just a short walk from the lake, tons of cafes for working (How cafe and Ke Ca Phe are some of my favorites), local restaurants and food stands and it was a short motorbike/ grab ride to the Old Quarter and more active part of west lake. As an expat, I really enjoyed that this area is much more local, and while there is a lot around, the apartment is quite peaceful because it is located in an alley. The house had everything I needed and Thuy was absolutely great! She was proactive and very responsive and I could tell she put a lot of care and thought into what her guests need. The housemates are also so kind. While we kept mostly to ourselves in the day to day, we had some drinks on the roof, and dinners together when we had time and everyone was respectful of the shared spaces. I would highly recommend this room if you're looking for an authentic and homey Hanoi experience (:

The Miding area of Hanoi is a frequent destination for business trips and travel. I highly recommend it as an accommodation in Miding, Hanoi. It's a place where you can stay comfortably with better conditions than other hotels nearby. The host is also kind, and responds quickly. Thank you.

The apartment is absolutely clean and tidy. It was a comfortable stay in Ms Ngoc Anh's place. She is friendly and kindly guide me to check in. Everything was smooth. Highly recommend and will come back!

I really enjoyed my stay! The place is cozy, clean, and exactly as described — a small but very comfortable studio. It had everything I needed, and the area itself is calm and pleasant. Great for relaxing after a busy day. The only thing to keep in mind is that it’s a bit far from the Old Town and main tourist spots, so you’ll need to plan for some travel time. But overall, I was very satisfied and would happily stay again!

I always try to come when I come to Midding side of Hanoi. I think this is the best value for money at this price range. The accuracy is high. It is convenient because there is a shopping mall in the same building, and there is also Starbucks and Vietnam's representative franchise coffee shop Highland. It's enough to come as a family. There are 3 rooms, 3 beds, a generous living room, and a kitchen. By the way, there are a lot of Koreans here, it's such a good neighborhood and a place with high stability. Also, if you go over the overpass in front, there are counterfeit shopping and Korean restaurants, pho thin, a rice noodle restaurant, and a well-touch massage shop, and there are many local restaurants nearby, and it took about 45-50 minutes by taxi from the airport. This is an accommodation that I admit.

the place was a great accommodation, definitely a hidden gem stay that more people should discover!!! everything was new and extremely clean as well. the host was very helpful and quick to assist whenever we had questions! location is also near many local favorites. would definitely recommend!
