Perfect apartment for a solo traveler or couple! The location was fantastic, the apartment was cute, and the host was amazing!

Honestly, the best Airbnb host I have ever stayed with! So responsive, caring, proactive! The apartment is amazing: spacious, clean, new, modern, has everything you need. The locality is very safe with embassies and ambassador’s residences nearby. The park with children’s playgrounds is within 5 minute walk and across the road there is the best coffee place in Tbilisi with the exquisite beans, fast WiFi and outdoor garden. We are definitely coming back to stay at Archil’s place!

We loved our weekend here. Very walkable and a short taxi away from city mall and the Zoo with many shops inbetween.

Perfect location. Right on Orbiliani Square but tucked away in the interior so it’s very calm and quiet. The place is nicely decorated and the hosts were incredibly friendly. Definitely coming back.

this Airbnb is a good location... not far from metro station into city. can be a bit noisy due to traffic but nice and clean and kitchen had good tools

We stayed at this lovely home in Tbilisi for a week with my wife and family, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The house was very clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay — from a well-stocked kitchen to reliable heating and cooling. The location was excellent, with all daily necessities like supermarkets, bakeries, and shops just a short walk away. This made everything very convenient and stress-free during our stay. The host was also very kind and responsive, always available whenever we had a question or request, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tbilisi. If you’re looking for a cozy, clean, and well-located home for your stay, this is the perfect choice!

This was our third trip to Georgia in 2024, but our inaugural visit to Bakuriani. Bakuriani captivated us with its beauty, offering a unique blend of autumn ambiance, chilly weather, rain, and snowfall all within three days. Conveniently located near a dog park, we enjoyed a delightful day mingling with horses and huskies. Our host was exceptionally gracious, accommodating us on short notice with a warm welcome. For our safety, he thoughtfully installed cameras in the front and back yards. A heartfelt thank you to our host!

I enjoyed staying at Nini’s place, it has everything what you would need for long stay. Good internet if you are remote worker, the apartment is really cosy and my stay there was really comfortable. Tamar and her husband are the lost lovely and welcoming hosts, made us feel right at home and comfortable. They explained everything we needed with local recommendations. The place was beautiful and personal and great for our family for our stay. Was warm in the winter and all the ammenities we needed. We walked everywhere and saw so many amazing things close to our stay. Restaurants, play areas for the kids, and iconic must sees. Tamara exceeded super host for us, the warmest and kindest people. So grateful to have them as our hosts for this stay.
