I love this perfectly quaint and comfortable apartment, inside and out. the location is perfect. the little courtyard is peaceful and pretty. inside it's cozy and has the Georgian touches that I love. Tbilisi is such a wonderful experience and this little apartment brings you into the entire experience. Natia assisted me with a personal issue and was so fast and thorough helping me to fix it. the apartment is walking distance to everything. For further away travel download the "Bolt" app (like uber) the app translates everything for the driver. easy and cheap. tip. drivers often do not carry change if you are using the option to pay in cash.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Merab's place. Very nicely located, easily walkable to anywhere in the old town. The place had everything we needed and is very well equipped. Merab was super helpful and responded to all our questions and asks. Highly recommend this place and I would love to stay there again

We completely loved our stay at Ann’s place. The apartment is large and full of light. The balcony and view are incredible. The location for us was perfect – close to the old city, but not in it. The apartment was beautifully clean. Ann was a wonderful host. She even helped organise a driver to and from the airport making our arrival and (very early in the morning) departure very easy. We feel really lucky to have found this apartment as our ‘home’ for 6 days in Tbilisi. Highly recommended.

Nino's appartment is spacious, airy,exctremely comfortable and beautifully designed.There are two balconies,one facing the tranquil back garden,which has beautiful tall trees and where you can sit and listen to birds singing and enjoy the sun,and another facing the picturesque old Tbilisi street.The beds are very comfortable,everything was sparkling clean,the kitchen is equipped perfectly for cooking any meals.Nino and her husband were so helpful right from the start,helping us with our heavy suitcases and welcoming us with amazing Georgian wine and treats.The area is the heart of old Tbilisi and right in the center of town.Nearby are all kinds of shops and restaurants,and the famous Tbilisi funicular is 10 min walk from the flat.Very comfortable location if you are new to Tbilisi and perfect spot to explore from.We are very grateful to our fantastic hosts for welcoming us and letting us stay in that beautiful flat.

The apartment has a magnificent view from the rooftop, is stylish and cozy and has everything you need (including a working space, with a chair and monitor). We enjoyed our stay and Samuel is a great host, who responded quickly and proactively. Recommend and definitely would come again!

The apartment was spotless, cozy, and in a perfect location. What really stood out was the host—she was incredibly proactive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Our stay at Temo’s place was lovely. It’s at a great location with all the necessary essentials. We checked in quite late at night and it felt very safe to do so. Clear checkin instructions were given by the host. Temo is very proactive and accommodating. We needed to keep our luggage after the checkout for few hours and he willingly helped us with that. Will definitely recommend this place.

Great stay, very quiet in a great part of old town. Loved the decor!

Check-in to the accommodation went very well, the location was ideal, many points of interest are within walking distance, the neighborhood is lively, the accommodation was comfortable and clean. We were lucky to have a fruit and vegetable merchant at the foot of the building, which allowed us to have delicious breakfasts with watermelon and fresh eggs effortlessly. Mane and Jean Marc were very attentive and helpful throughout our stay (even when we unexpectedly brought the rental car back at 10 p.m. to open the parking lot). I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

A wonderful stay in Gudauri! The Airbnb has a beautiful view of the mountains and is stylishly decorated with an eye for detail. Everything was crisp and comfortable. The large bath and the underfloor heating made it extra pleasant after a day of hiking in the mountains. The terrace is also a real asset to enjoy the view. A Spar supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away, and there are several cozy restaurants nearby. The location is quiet, yet convenient. The host was very friendly and helpful we felt immediately welcome and at home. Definitely a place to stay that we recommend to those who love nature, tranquility and comfort!

Very good location very friendly host

The unit was fantastic so clean and modern. Very conveniently located near to shop and restaurant. There are a lot of cabinets space and storage. The unit was well equipped there were even snacks and food for us. Allah utensils and household items are brand new and fully functioning. The unit is even better than a 5 star hotel. There was a home entertainment system with surround sounds including in the bathroom and the kitchen also. Even though there was only one Aircon unit it was sufficient and cooled the whole apartment. We love the unit so much! RECOMMENDED!
