Laura’s place was lovely, it’s in a great location which is walkable. The bed is comfy and the whole apartment was very clean. Laura was also a great host, was always responsive and happy to help.

We liked the place very much. it felt like home. Actual apartment is nicer than photos. We will come back.

The property is within walking distance from the metro, bus stops and the pedestrian part of Agmashenebeli Avenue. At the same time, the property is located in a quiet courtyard. Good wi-fi, hot water, microwave and electric stove are in good condition. Responsive and helpful host, friendly chocolate dog in the yard. Slightly noisy refrigerator and stomping neighbors upstairs, but earplugs solve this problem. I would recommend this accommodation

Specious apartment in old Tbilisi,renovated and well maintained . The location is excellent- in the center of the city,in vicinity to city transport and Rustaveli avenue; yet- quite and peacefull,with possibility of free parking. The host is great- extremely attentive,proactive and friendly. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Batumi! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay — from kitchen essentials to toiletries. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to both the beach and the charming old town. Maia is a great host — very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. It's perfect for anyone looking to enjoy Batumi’s main attractions while having a quiet, cozy place to relax. Highly recommended! She welcomed us with delicious baklava and a bottle of homemade Georgian wine, produced by her brother — a warm and thoughtful gesture that made us feel right at home.

Had a great time! The owners of the property are a sweet family who are easy to communicate with and ready to help with everything. The apartment is spacious with a great view and a convenient location.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Madona’s place. She was waiting for us when we arrived. It felt like visiting a family member. And where do I begin about her place! You think of a thing and it is there!! From towels to face towels all kept in order including extra pairs considering we were there for 4 nights. She had kept new bottles of coffee, toiletries etc. kitchen was also well stocked including spices, rice, pasta etc. for that just in case “eat at home” moment. The apartment was in a heritage building which had its own charm. Flat itself is very well done and much beautiful than in the pictures. The hero was of course the balcony where we had morning coffee and wine every evening. It is right in the heart of the old Tbilisi so you are just few steps away from all the sights. i loved her place so much that we can go on and on. Book it without a thought. Just bear in mind that you have to climb some 20’steps to access the flat. If its not an issue then this is the one

We stayed for two nights with Nino and Gocha. We are two families, and the kids were so entertained by the activity-filled yard that we hardly felt them around. They also took part in an art workshop with Gocha, which they loved. The place itself is truly unique—like living inside a modern art museum. We received wonderful recommendations from Nino that really helped us plan our time in the area. Highly recommended, and thank you so much!

It was lovely to stay for 2,5 weeks at the place for my boyfriend and I. The host was very responsive, the check in was very easy, the place is very close to the beach. There was a bit of traffic at the evening, but overall it was not very loud. The view from the balcony is outstanding, we spent many breakfasts and dinners there. The flat was very clean, you will find everything you need. Recommend!

Quite comfortable room in the very epicenter of tourist life in Batumi. I had everything I needed. The host was very friendly and helpful. Communication was fast and informative.

The apartment is in very good condition and well maintained. It is in my favorite area of Tbilisi. Boris was responsive and helpful. I am confident that I not only would, but in fact will, stay in the apartment again in the future.

A truly beautiful apartment that was spotlessly clean and wonderfully comfortable to be in. Immediately downstairs is a gym, and there are multiple markets and grocery stores in the area. It's not near anything noteworthy, but you can go for a nice walk, eat at a great restaurant, and taxis are extremely cheap to the touristy areas. and it's worth staying there just to have such a nice apartment. The hosts were extremely responsive to messages and when the boiler needed to be restarted due to a gas outage, they were over in a few minutes. The only thing I'd have wished for is an oven - everything else was perfect. I highly recommend this apartment.

We absolutely loved this place. We stayed there for 3 weeks. Very clean. Free of clutter. Well stocked. Great location. Lovely host. Good size. We felt right at home the minute we stepped into the apartment. The kitchen was our favorite in 1.5 years of full time travel. We were there in winter and the apartment temperature was perfectly comfortable. There were so many little thoughtful things provided like salt and sugar, napkins, paper towels, cleaning supplies (including a vacuum), laundry detergent, toothbrushes, garbage bags, extra blankets, sheets and towels. Those touches always make me feel the host really cares about your stay there. We loved Kutaisi and hope to visit again. We will definitely be rebooking this place when we do!
