Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Cavendish

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. We came with our 6 month old and 3 year old daughters and pup. There was plenty of space for the whole family and very kid friendly. We were saying when we were there that it would have been amazing with a group of friends for a girls weekend too! Beautiful spot where you feel like you’re deep in the Vermont woods but super close to downtown Woodstock. Would love to stay again if available!

Such a cool house. We loved the charm of the older section of the house. So many private spaces to cozy up and read a book. Then there is the more modern portion of the house. It was perfect for the folks to watch tv and enjoy the VT scenery out of the large windows. The road is quiet and the area is lovely. We easily drove into Manchester for groceries and dinner. Really loved it!!

The Grafton house was perfect for our multi-family with the big space, bedrooms, and bathrooms. We loved the living room area where we could all sit together for family games. The property and house are beautiful and the perfect Vermont vibes. As a skiing family, we liked the location between our favorite ski resorts. Raphael was a wonderful host in providing instructions before our arrival and helpful advice. We really enjoyed our stay at the Gafton house.

My friends and I had a great time at this place! The home was beautiful and very spacious - we were able to all hang out in the hot tub, kitchen, living room, and no place felt cramped.

The space was fantastic for our two little families with easy access to the local Slate Valley Trails. Lots of wonderful and attentive touches to make our stay homey welcoming. Hope to return again soon!

Dreamy! The property is not to be believed. On top of the scenery itself, a grill, hot tub, sauna, fire pit, pond-side hammock, and disc golf (a pleasant surprise)—what more could you ask for.

This was my second stay! The dogs and I love this house and its location. It’s close to town, hiking trails, and has great dirt roads right from the driveway. The views are amazing from the deck and from inside the house. I love the spiral staircase and old fireplace! Will definitely keep coming back!

We enjoyed our stay. we felt at home. very spacious and cozy. this house has everything you need for your stay. Very close to Rutland. The fresh baked apple pie was a bonus. It was so delicious. Everything was perfect for us! Thank you! We will definitely be back again!

Dan & Holly are amazing hosts. They provided everything needed to make our week great. They left dining recommendations and all of the information we needed for the property. It was the perfect space for our family. The on-site amenities were great. The pool space was super clean and the staff was amazing. The property is well maintained and we had everything we needed to feel at home. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Downtown Rutland was a short drive, and there was so much to see just minutes from the property. Dan & Holly are extremely responsive and truly think of everything. We had no questions and checking in and out was a breeze because they are so thorough. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Great stay and was exactly what we needed for our entire family for a weekend wedding!

This was my third time staying on Rosalind's property, but my first time in the "retreat" unit. The space is better in person than in the photos! It's a spacious two level unit with a huge bedroom/loft type area, perfect for setting up your yoga mat! The high ceilings and large forest facing windows in the bedroom were a highlight for me. Rosalind has always been a very responsive, thoughtful, and flexible host. I can't wait to stay again!

Lenore's place was very cozy. We felt right at home. We added guests (including a dog) after initially making our reservation and it was no problem with the host. Just a note, it costs a fee to add more guests on Airbnb. Overall our stay was lovely and our hosts were very nice, responsive, and welcoming. 10/10, would recommend.

Peaceful, Serene location just 10 minutes from Stratton. We enjoyed the use of the new hot tub, and roomy kitchen. This space is surrounded by nature with plenty of space for you and your group. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Matthew‘s place. The house is beautifully decorated and well appointed – perfect for a family ski weekend. There were a total of 10 of us that stayed in the house and we fit comfortably. The house was perfect for gathering for meals and game night, but large enough that we can spread out if needed. We hope to return again next year!

Aaron’s modern cabin in Ludlow was wonderful. Close to ludlow but nice and set back in the woods near town. Quiet and peaceful. The house is a newer build so it has all the creature comforts of home! My family had a great time and our 9 year old loved the loft space. Great to have a washer dryer and dishwasher in the Airbnb. Aaron was a responsive and helpful host with easy to follow rules. We enjoyed our time at the cabin and highly recommend. We will be back!

Our stay at Tim and Renee’s was perfect. Gorgeous tiny house, super comfy, the hot tub was amazing. The spot the Airbnb is on is very private and peaceful. South Royalton is a cute little town with a nice food coop and coffee shop. Tim and Renee were super responsive the couple of times we had questions. Would absolutely come back.

We had a lovely weekend in Megan’s home. The space was adequate for our family of 6. The home is in a quiet neighborhood that’s a short drive to Okemo so it was perfect for our ski weekend.

We had a great stay. Everyone really loved the farmhouse feel. Check in was easy and Jarad was very responsive and accommodating. We would have loved to use the outdoor space and bar but it was just too cold this visit, we will be back to give that all a shot when the weather warms up. There was a great local grocer not to far away and the ski mountain was just a short drive. This was a great place to stay and it had the first indoor toilet in cavadish (at least according to the previous owner)

We had an absolutely amazing experience in the cabin! It was exactly what we had been looking for in our Memorial Day weekend with our family. We were able to bring our small dog and he really enjoyed the outdoor space available for him. The house overall had EVERYTHING we needed. They provide you with more than enough of all you will need in your stay. It was very clean and organized. There were a lot of fun games that we enjoyed. The pellet stove kept us nice and warm. The great books to read. We were able to enjoy the fire out outside by the river. Ryan and Riley are amazing , very responsive host. They have it all down to perfection in their cabin. I highly recommend this cabin for anyone. I can’t wait to be able to go back a few more times in the summer time and when it’s snowing up there.

Matthew's family made us feel at home. The house is the best skiing-trip airbnb we have ever been in. Super cozy. They had some yummy oranges in the fridge and we make a fantastic juice! We would love to come back soon!
